For those not familiar, this is pretty much a ponification of Jet Set Radio & Jet Set Radio future for the Dreamcast and Xbox respectively (JSRF was the first Xbox game) . 

 

It's pretty much Splatoon meets Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. If any of you have ever watched the anime Air Gear, it's also a lot like that. 

 

But yeah, that would be kewl. I'd play it.
