Well as a couple of people know (well 1) I am a HUGE Phoenix Wright fan (well I haven't finished the first game yet... So I started the second SORRY GUYS!) but I have an idea Phoenix Wright rp (yes I went there... ) so yeah this is more of trial ideas ie: murder (the popular choice) and other crimes like uhh (uhh) something (really!? That's the best I can think of!?) [Well SORRY I don't have a criminal mind!]

so here some crimes i can think of, kidnapping, theft, bombing, torturing (don't know if that has to do with court), & probably trespassing

Everything gets put into the court system if you get taken in alive.

Resisting arrest, arson, assault, battery, assault and battery, thievery, burglary, larceny, grand larceny, perjury, fraud, breaking and entering...

Ooh so i could accuse that guy who bullies me at school of battery?

Unfortunately, no. The rules of assault and battery don't go into effect until after you turn 18. And even then, it's a pretty asinine thing to do, to arrest someone just for pushing you the wrong way.

what's the difference between the degrees of muder, murder is just killing someone

I think we're getting off track, what will the game have, I know a judge, & defendant

Registering: you can enter multiple characters over multiple trials but with a maximum of 2 per trial

Judge: the judge will be rotated around all the players

Witnesses: well what do you think? Witnesses are the same as the judge being rotated around ( criminal will be told in private via PM)

Lawyers: same as the judge and witnesses

--------------—----------------------

Trial working : trials like in game will be based around proving your cliant innocent you also must find any contradictions in the witnesses' testimony if you are the defence, if you are the prococution you do the opposite and prove them guilty, being the judge you have to weigh up the evidence and provide a verdict based on the evidence and what the lawyers are saying, Witnesses you testify about what you saw and know about the crime (is that a big enough plan?)

As someone who schemes a lot in a criminal sense, I can assist you in ideas for crimes. I even came up with an idea in how to make usable money from a bank heist. Pretty complicated. Also, I came up with a pretty much fool proof way to rob a bank. It doesn't help that I know the procedures to discover these. They can track the serial numbers of stolen bills. In addition, I can quickly figure out which packets of money are loaded with paint balls that pretty much don't come out. It's a matter of safety, really. In addition, you hit many places in with dummy robberies, that each escape, while one that you're actually hitting is stuck in a better method than just some smash and grab. I can elaborate what security measures are can be used, and how to twart them, so that you can make a trial more realistic.
