general questions Is it possible to like change your display name to one of an inactive user's?

So I want to change my display name to Sweetie Belle without the - or _. However, that name is already taken but that user was last active 3 years ago.

 

Is there any way I can get my display name changed to that, since the user has been inactive for so long?
