I like it that this ( um, superforms ? ) are not drawn with the really long hair like in the show this time and i also love all the colors 

I guess if you want to submit it, you have to ask an administrator..i guess  There is also a Banner contest tread but that has a special theme...so you should probably juts ask an admin...i think

For banners that you want to submit for use on MLP Forums, you should one PM that includes all admins.

 

Additionally, if you often make banners, you should consider the regular themed banner contests we run.
