Relatable Pony Moments

I'm not asking what pony you are most like, but what pony or pony moments do you have a special connection to? For me, Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash's relationship is just like me and my brother's. I always wanted to be just like him, and was always looking for his approval. He was my hero and my best friend (My BBBFF, if you will). To this day, I still can't watch Sleepless in Ponyville because the ending makes me cry. Anything with Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash is my basically my kryptonite xD.

I have a special connection to Pinkie Pie. Her Cutie Mark story especially. My childhood wasn't that great. We were very poor, and we had to share a can of food for the day. We didn't get much. Also, as a child (still to this day) I wanted to make other people smile. So i have a strong connection with Pinkie. Another moment was from Pinkie Pride. While she's a party planner and I'm an artist, I knew how she felt. I often think that maybe art isn't what I was meant to do. Then I would try other stuff, and my creativity would go into other things. For example, when I wash dishes, I stack them in a way where they look like they're going to fall, but the don't. I even feel threatened when someone else has better art than me. (that's often, unfortunately.)

When Scootaloo learned that the camp-fire stories were 2spooky. I found it relatable since I'm always hiding my fears to avoid chance of being made fun of for finding things 2spooky4me

Any moment that Fluttershy has ever been shy or Twilight has stressed out over something, I can pretty much relate to those feelings definitely. I am rather introverted so any kind of social interaction makes me shy and I have anxiety problems, as a result I stress out easily. I can relate to many of those feelings. Not so much the moments in particular, I have never had to worry about a potential war with Yaks.

 

As for specific moments, in Pinkie Pride when she becomes very sad about her friends loving Cheese Sandwich way more at that moment, I can relate to that feeling as well. I have had many moments where I have felt...inferior to others and that made me feel so isolated. I just wish I could cheer myself up as easy as she did in a song. My friends here help with that though, so much.
