movies/tv Character who always has bad episodes?

I remember always dreading Meg episodes in the old days of Family Guy, I always thought they were incredibly boring and I just did not care for Meg. Though I guess this was the case among fans, because she was so unpopular they decided to turn her into the series buttmonkey in the revival, but now with how unlikable everyone else is, she's probably the one character everyone feels sorry for.

 

Peggy episodes in King of the Hill were also pretty unremarkable, with the only episode of hers I remember liking was "Lupe's Revenge" and that's really because it's 22 minutes of nothing but mocking her

 

And Rugrats, every Angelica episode because fuck her
