I made a banner, but it doesn't have to do with the monthly contest. Where or who do I submit it to?

@@Paladybug1, Banner submissions should be sent in one PM to all admins. This is the process whether it is being submitted for the contest or not.

@@Paladybug1, here it is a very simple answer to a very simple question. Even if it's not part of a monthly contest, you can always send your banner to the Administrators on a single PM to all of them (as long as it meets the Global Rules, of course).
