As I have not seen or heard of a topic like this (I may be wrong) and as I do not know all the tricks and gizmos I would like to be informed on what I need to type to for example to put in place a "spoiler" I see people doing it all the time to shorten lists, hide pictures, and even hide spoilers (what a surprise). I just want to know what I need to type to do all of these things. Also, for the member one I would normally just post the link like this "banana" and I would move on. But I want to know how to do the @{insert member name here} and the member link that if you hover over such a drop down would come up as some basic information. (Name, post count, etc.) If you have all of the codes on a separate link I would surely go to it. If you would just like to post the codes themselves please do so.

@Kivil:

what I need to type to for example to put in place a "spoiler"

Pretty simple, in fact. The first thing is to click here, in the Special BBCode box:

Then a list of options will appear. Amongst all those options, you'll end up seeing the Spoiler option:

Simply write what you want to write, add what you want to add, and Press "Okay". The result should look like this

I want to know how to do the @{insert member name here}

Same deal as with Spoilers. Just use the Special BBCode menu until you see the option "Members":

After that, simply write the user's name (write it exactly as it is). The result will be the following:

@Kivil

But if you are, for example, in the mobile version, you cannot access the Special BBCode box, so that's why the normal codes exist:

Spoilers:

[spoiler]example[/spoiler]

Member: (note that you don't necesariely need to add the @ at the beginning)

Also, if you want to know all the other codes, we do have a Master List where you can look at them all ---> Clicky Clicky

I've talked with the OP a few days ago about this same issue through Personal Messaging, but I forgot to update this until now. I am closing this topic due for our discussion and subsequent resolution of this issue.
