Marcus looked at the ponies that entered the throne room and sighed, "As you can see were a bit busy but I really don't want to fight a battalion of guards." Marcus pulled his Magnum from his hips magnetic lock. "Get in the center of the room with the princesses please."

Akatsuki sighed as Michael put a spell on both of the princesses... Then walked in the mane 6, and a little dragon. Akatsuki disappeared and reappeared behind these new ponies "That's right. Do what my friend here says so no one gets hurt." She pushes the two middle ponies with the sheath of her sword.

The mane six walked frightened inside the cricle. They could feel them being trapped as soon as they entered. Michael looked at the ponies present, or more specificly the blue one. "Why the hell did you turn us in to stone!?" Shouted Michael. Luna looked at him with a frown "Becasue you where hurting my sister you brute!" Michael looked at her like she was stupid "Oh yeah? Then why where the rest of my friends turned to stone?" Luna didn't answer, and Michael shook his head "Unbelieveable. I get that you turned me in to stone... But why them? Was it because they also where "Different" Said Michael doing his best derp voice. Celestia spoke up "Don't kill her! She made a mistake! She thought that you where imposters of old legends from equestria" Said Celestia. Michael scoffed "Ah yes of course. Logic." He made his best derp expression again "Oh look! People that look like old legends! Let's blast them to stone! I'm sure they wil apreciate that!" Said Michael."Unbelievable. You are pathetic, i don't want to see you two EVER again" Said Michael . He turned around, and walked out of the room

Akatsuki chuckled. She walked over and got up real close to Celestia and Luna "Well guess what? It looks like you've managed to piss off 3 of the 4 people in this world that could destroy you all without you being able to defend yourself. Well, Aiden might not be very pissed off. He just seems somewhat irritated. I had time to think about a LOT of different possibilities on why you would turn us to stone. And I figured by some extreme coincidence that us being similar to your legends would be one of those possibilities." She ran a finger down Celestia's wing. "Just know this: Try to turn me to stone again... And there wont be a living creature left in this world." She said as she disappears.

Marcus looked at everyone in the room and then walked out the throne room door and made his way through the castle not a single guard moving as a legend thought dead walked the castles halls. Some of the guards even saluted to him and more memories of how the Master Chief 'died' flooded his head. Odd thing was that he felt like he was two people at once quite a strange feeling.

Aiden was the last one left in the throne room as everyone left "you know I thought that a thousand years ago you would give me answers...now I still want to but I think I can learn the answers somewhere else, I hope I mean" he got out the jet pack and flew out of the castle seeing Marcus on the way out then stopped at the front of the castle. I really hope I can learn the answers somewhere else, he thought, if not then I may have to make a visit to them again and the others wouldn't like that.

Michael was utterly pissed. He saw some unicorn guards staring with open mouths at him. He merely gave them the evil eye, which made them run away in fear. "Pathetic" Muttered Michael. He entered what looked like a huge library, not so far away was a statue of him. He aproached it "Is this really the new me?" Asked Michael as he touched it. He suddenly felt a rush of what looked like long forgotten memories that wheren't his. He quickly pulled away. "What was that?" Muttered Michael. He looked around the library "looks like there is a whole wing dedicated to me" Said the mage as he walked inside

 

 

The throne room 

The immobilization field was apparently only for 10 minutes or so as the ponies could feel their power come back. The mane six looked at Celestia "What happened?" Celestia let out a sigh "We have made a big mistake"

When Akatsuki disappeared, she decided to follow Michael through the castle. Eventually he wound up in the library, and Akatsuki looked around after Michael went into a section apparently just about him. She looked around the center of the room, and saw a statue of what seemed to be her. She walked up to it, not realizing her abilities weren't on anymore, and she realized that her guess of them being long-lost Equestrian legends was true. She touched the stone, yet nothing happened. She looked behind the statue and saw that there was a single bookshelf just for her. She skimmed through the title of the books, and picked up one that was supposedly about her history. She skimmed through the book, and the memories came rushing in. She shook her head to settle the memories, and she put the book back. She saw another book, one that seemed much newer, and she picked it up. She suddenly realized that all these books weren't in proper English, and wondered how she could actually read it. She skimmed through the book she had in her hand, and it seemed to be more of a journal than a proper book. It was written by a pony who was trying to replicate her skills, but failed horribly and got caught by the Royal Guards roaming through the halls of the castle. Akatsuki put the book down, and skimmed the titles of the rest, not really finding any interest in them. She walked outside the library, looked over her shoulder, in the direction of Michael, and then she disappeared.

Aiden sighed as no one was around, I wonder what's in this robot body I can mess with, he concentrated and dug deep into walls of code till he could make some sense about a few places in them. Water repair, my visual memories...journal? He thought reading it a bit having it be so visual in his mind, like it actually happened to him. He got booted from the journal somehow, as well as a few other files making the wall turn a lot smaller, how did that happen? Hey a new document. He read the file 'How are you? How are you getting in my systems?' He was shocked about this and wrote in the shared document 'I'm Aiden or I was, I turned into a video game character from Cave Story. A recon bot with multiple weapons' 'That's insane, I'm still here and I'm the only one with this tech...still around I mean, that Master Chief had stuff like me before he died' 'He's my friend now, well turned into' 'WHAT?! Ok now tell me where you are before I track you down myself' 'Canterlot, I think my friends will move away as they kind of got pissed at royals that turned us into stone a thousand years ago' 'That explains the stories then, just try and stay alive and tell me when your out of there' 'got it' they close the document. Aiden gets up and starts searching for his friends "if I was my friends, were would they go? Oh Marcus is right here" he stops the jet pack next to him "we should regroup with the others, where do you think they would go?"

@@Yoshikupo, Marcus thought for a bit before giving an answer, "Lets try to find a library it would make the most sense for them to be there considering how little we know has passed over the hundreds of years that we have been imprisoned. I believe I passed the library awhile back follow me." Marcus then started a jog to the library.

Akatsuki re-appeared next to a Royal Guard at the entrance to Canterlot. The guard jumped, not expecting the sudden appearance. He pointed his spear at her, and Akatsuki just laughed "You think you got a chance against me?" She pushed the spear out of her way and walked out. She looked around, seeing a village down in the fields. She figured it was Ponyville, the same town they were at when they first got here, but it had expanded since then. She decided to take a look around the town again, see if there's anymore information to gain.

Micahel finished the 23th book. "Hmm, that's quite a lot of changes" Muttered Micahel "But that should be expected after 1500 damn years" The mage took a bag, and stuffed more books in to them. He checked the books in on his name. He might have been pissed, but he wasn't thief. He walked out the doors of the library

He asked then went past him to see the library "there's a wing in here for you?" he looked back at him "also you never had that bag, what's in it?" He asked inspecting him for anything else unnatural on him

Marcus looked around the library even found a wing about himself. reading the books in it he only found third party accounts and witness testimony on events that happened never any with Master Chief giving an account. Marcus also found speculation on who he was under the helmet and armor and how he achieved the feats that he did. Marcus continued browsing finding a story about his funeral and how the princesses never found a body or signs of him after the final battle with the Griffin empire so he was considered dead. 

 

"Funny thing is, I still live." Marcus shook his head confused on why he said that, sure he had the Master Chief's memories but that did not mean he was the Master Chief. Did it?

 

Marcus sighed and called out to Aiden and Micahel. "You two get what you want from here? If so lets go find Akatsuki and figure out what happens next.."

Akatsuki jumps around Ponyville, listening in on ponies' conversations, and learning the layout of the town, in case something were to happen. Eventually she hears a conversation that is about her. Apparently there's a rumor going around that the four legends have returned. She wonders what'd happen is she were to appear in the middle of the town... But she decides that hurting more guards wouldn't help with anything, so she doesn't actually do it. Eventually she finds herself in the local library, and finds a section just for her here, too. She starts reading the book titles, not really finding anything interesting, until she gets to the end of the shelf. The book seems to be quite thick, and quite old. She pulls the book off the shelf, and starts reading through it. It explains her history, and explains everything in magnificent detail. The last section of the book explains what happened when Akatsuki was last seen, and apparently it's stuff for legends. But she isn't really excited about it, so she puts the book back, and starts listening in on conversations again.

"I guess we shouldn't disturb her while she is...lets go and do something, I don't think the royals want us anywhere in this castle right now" he looked to the exit of the castle "maybe we could make a stop by a barracks or smithy, I think I can make some of the weapons I'm missing" with a little help from a friend, he thought walking to the exit

"The royals may not want us here but they would not order the guards to try to arrest us seeing as it would not work so until they oust us themselves, without looking like the bad-guys ousting or attacking living legends. So we have about a week or two, maybe less till they find a way to tarnish our reputation enough to prevent a public backlash for attacking us. That is unless the citizens never question their rulers choices, in that case we have only hours to regroup and figure out our next move." Marcus said as they walked to the castle exit.

Michael suddenly got a devilish smirk. "I have a good idea about what we should do. How about we brighten our reputaion? Make some good deeds here and there. This way we'll have ponies by our side, which will allow us to have ammo against Celestia. I'm not saying we can't defeat her, but i don't want to rule a country" Said Michael

"It could work if the ponies are more accepting of the unknown, they may just say that we are creating problems to solve or that we are still the problem or even just have unquestioning loyalty to the princesses. Still worth a try, if it dose work we gain one hell of a support chain if not we are no worse off." Marcus replied checking the chamber of his Magnum and Assault Rifle.

"agreed...never say that it couldn't be worst though as it always could" he looked at his sword "my guns would be more powerful if we got some sort of monster killing thi-...is that why you were smirking or did I just give you an idea?" They got to the exit of the castle "Also we maybe want to go somewhere that is a little less elegant because problems don't normally arise in these places unless its minor things"

Akatsuki eventually heard a rumor being spread about how they were angry with the princesses, and were going to destroy Canterlot. She decided to do something rash, and speak while still hidden "Two of use are angry at the princesses, but I am not. Just slightly irritated. And none of us plan on destroying Canterlot." She says as the two ponies talking look in her direction. One of them takes a couple steps closer, but doesn't see anything "Hello?" He asks. Akatsuki takes a step back into shadows, and allows herself to be shown to the two ponies in front of her. They both gasp, and stare in disbelief "So the rumors are true!" One of them yells. Akatsuki puts a hand on the handle of her katana "Quiet. I would prefer it if the rumors stayed as rumors. But do believe me when I say we mean no harm to any of you. Actually, if Michael is as thoughtful as I think he is, then we'll soon start helping ponies out. At least that's what I'll do. So I want you to do something for me." The two ponies nod their heads cautiously, and they keep glancing towards Akatsuki's right hand, which is on her katana still. Akatsuki takes her hand off the handle, and stands up straight "I want you two to spread a rumor around town, that the legend Akatsuki is helping out ponies in need. If someone needs help, then they just have to say what they need out loud, and I'll go and help them. Got it?" The two ponies nod. "Good. Oh, and one more thing. You didn't see me." She says as she disappears. She watches as the two ponies walk around casually spreading her rumor. She hears one pony test it out, saying out loud "Akatsuki, I want help with gathering 20 apples. Here's a basket." And the pony pushes a basket in front of him. Akatsuki grins, and jumps around the apple orchard, picking apples from different tree's, so nopony notices they're missing. Eventually she's carrying 20, and she puts them in the basket. To the pony who had the request, it seemed as the apples just magically appeared there. "Woah. It worked." The pony inspected the apples, taking a bite into one. He counts them, and only finds 19. "Hey, there's only 19 here!" And then another apple appeared on the pile "Nevermind!" Akatsuki chuckled, and heard a few more ponies asking for things. She completes their requests, and decides to make an appearance to one of them. One pony asks for 4 parasprites, but Akatsuki didn't know what those were. She appeared in the shadows near the pony "What are Parasprites?" she asked. The pony turn slowly toward her, and gasped when he saw her. He gulped "They're little ball-shaped critters with wings. They have two eyes, a mouth, and two little legs. And they generally eat everything they see unless they're tamed." Akatsuki then disappears, and reappears holding 4 parasprites "Here." And she disappears again. The pony then runs off with his parasprites and tells a few ponies that the request rumor was true. Akatsuki then decided it was time to meet up with the others, and she appeared next to Michael. "Got any plans?" She asks.

Michael nodded. "My thought exactly" Suddenly Akatsuki appeared next to him. Michael jumped in the air, and let out a manly scream. He got his pulse under control, and looked at Akatsuki "Don't do that again! Spending a thousand years in a stone prison, to only come out and die of fright is something i don't want to happed." He took out a book "And to answer, your question. I do have a plan. I have read that ponies have shrines, where they honor some gods or something. So i figured why not make shrines ourselves? This way, when ponies need help, all they have to do is approach the shrine and pray" Explained the yordle

When Akatsuki appeared next to them he jumped back pulling out his pistol before realizing who it was and puting it back on his magnetic holster. He then stood quiet and listened to the conversation. "I'll let you guys build shrines to yourselves I'll just help as I go along I really don't feel like the hero worship" Marcus said in reply to Michael's idea
