She would probably have to use weight suppressing magic or a shielding spell to protect her human lover's body, if she wanted to get more intimate with him/her. (Average Human in Equestria romance story) 

It does sound heavy but there are a lot of human males of comparable height that are relatively close to that weight range, so unless her human lover was a bit on the short/thin side I don't think there isn't that much to worry about.

It is really difficult to estimate her weight. Though she looks taller than other ponies, it does not means she is heavier.

It is possible that she has internal air sacs like birds and dinosaurs to help her fly, and her weight might be only 100-200kg.

It is also possible that she is much heavier than her appearance. In the episode Twilight's Kingdom, Tirek's volume and and weight grew dramatically after he assimilated the alicorn magic, According to the Law of conservation of matter and energy, we can assume that the magic Tirek absorbed is some kind of energy in the form of matter stream, which provides Unicorns the magic. These might means that Unicorns are much heavier than Pegasus, and Alicorns are heavier than Unicorns. But if a ponies can generates some kind of subspace field to decrease the local gravitational constant (researchers have have already confirmed that is possible for gravitational constant to change) , they can be much lighter than they actually are.
