gaming Did Bethesda just give PC gamers a short Fallout 4?

I regret not keeping up with the game now. Because Bethesda did say a while back, that PC 'disc'(physical copies on dvd) will be intentionally missing content. I purchased the game on cdkeys.com for $35. I know it's a digital download. But PC copies are never bluray. So I might have just got the download key for a an incomplete game and I am not entitled to a refund. If this is true... Thanks Bethesda... Thank you. May you and EA ,marry and make intercourse in hell. I can't believe gaming anymore. I don't want to spoil myself, and this is what happens. I already have the game preloaded on steam. And now my excitement for playing the game has dipped.
