Charity Auction Rules

Thank you all for checking out our special forum for this years round of charity auctions for Making Christmas Merrier IV. As this is an auction style format there are a few specifics and rules we need to review so that there is no confusion. 

 

 

1. Each item will have its own topic for bidding
2. Each topic will have a preset close time when auctions end. 
3. Each auction will have an opening bid, and bid increment rules.  The opening bid must be equal to or greater than this required opening bid. Any additional bids must me greater than the prior bid equal to or greater than the posted bid increment. 
4. To bid, simply post a reply in the topic 
5. Shipping is free.
6. Auctions will be extended an additional 30 minutes if any bids are made in the final 30 minutes of the auction to make sure we receive the largest donation possible.
7. If you are the winner, you will receive instructions via PM with next steps. 
8. Payment will be made via PayPal (debit, credit, electronic transfer, or PayPal balance)
9. Winners will be given 24 hours to pay or the next highest bidder will be declared the winner. 
10. Please be sure to take exchange rates into consideration when placing bids.  $1 Canadian is equal to about 75 cents in US Dollars.

Hi there. I sent the money for the signed Octavia/Vinyl print almost a month ago. I still have no recieved it, and i still have had no word that it's even been sent. I'd kinda like to know what's going on with it
