gaming Sidewindow games

I need some recommendations on games that i could play while working, something that does not require too much attention and could be easily switched between the game window and anything that i am currently working on.

 

The only game that I could currently think of is Civilization 5 in windowed mode and I would like to have some variety for a change. I dislike arcade games (puzzle block games etc) and prefer it to be turn based RPGs or strategy games or whatever you guys can recommend me ( as long as it is not arcade games.
