I actually just figured out a way to do this.  It wasnt a simple thing to do tho.(at least the way i did it)

 

I had a picture that I only wanted 1 person on the fourms see so i went to the TESTING FORUM and made a topic there(Only you can see what you post there)  

I uploaded a picture on the testing forum, Went back to my PM, Pressed the My Media button (Right next to the smiley button and on the top row),  Attachments, then picked the picture, and sent it.

, sending pictures though PMs works on the same way as if you sent images while making posts. Add Image, BBCodes or Attachments(those are only available to Donors though when it comes to PMs) will do the work here, and if you know how to use them while making a post, you should have zero problem doing the same through messages.
