I dont get the Topic at all. 

 

If you mean, we need more Job Places, so that more talented Animators can get Jobs ( including Hobby Animators from all over the Internet ) than you are right, that will probably lead to some very new unique Animations Shows.

 

If thats not what you mean, than : " I dont get it."
