What was the first continuity error you ever noticed?

What was the first continuity error or major plot hole you caught in a TV show or in a movie.

 

The first continuity error that I remember was in an episode of The Real Ghostbusters called Drool, The Dog Faced Goblin. The ghostbusters had just captured a friendly goblin and an evil phantom in the same ghost trap. When asked if they could release the goblin from the trap, Ray says that they can't because their molecules mix and you can't separate them. BUT in other episodes when the traps where reopened the ghosts came out just fine. Almost thirty years later I still remember that error.
