@@crispy fries,

Ray dried his mouth with his sleeve, creating a red stain on his tuxedo "I admit that i'm not the most durable fighter" He pointed the knife at him "But i'm sure as hell hard to kill" With those words he charged right at him, aiming for his gut. Or that's what Bobby sees. The real Ray was through invisibility getting behind him. Once he was behind he stabbed forward aiming for the other shoulder, or more specifically aiming for a spot that would disable the shoulder

@@Love Doctor Blaze,

Bobby saw the attack the clone of Ray was going for from a mile away, and easily put his guard up. The real attack hit him near where the arrow had pierced his shoulder. Bobby groaned again and was brought down to one knee. Bobby then roared and spun around with his fist extended towards Ray's face in a backhanded strike.

@@crispy fries,

Ray managed to bring his hands up just in time to take the blunt part of the impact, but he still went flying. He put a hand over his head since everything was spinning from that attack from earlier. He did the same trick again, except that this time around he was in the clones place

@@Love Doctor Blaze,

Bobby was determined determined not to fall for the same trick, and he was beginning to get wise to Ray's chaos magic. He brought his right elbow up behind him to hit the Ray behind him. To be sure, Bobby hit the Ray in front of him with his left fist. This type of punch was called a cross, and it was a powerful blow. Bobby's left shoulder was back, which allowed him to put the full force of his body into the punch."

@@crispy fries,

Ray predicted that Bobby would be clever this time around and punch both of the clones, so with a grin he was about to detonate the clone. But just as he was about to do it, he remembered that the side effects from such an explosion left permanent chaos illness, which basically makes you sprout random limbs, grow and shrink etc. So instead he took the full effect of the punch squarely in the face. He flew back and landed on his back. The room was spinning, and his nose was broken. With a grunt, he got up again and dried off the blood disturbing his vision

@@Love Doctor Blaze,

Bobby put his fists down and dissolved his armor, knowing that Ray was beaten.

"You alright?" Bobby asked, extending his hand out to Ray to help him up. "Your nose doesn't look too good. Good fight by the way, I had to stay on top of my game to beat you. I might not be able to totally fix your nose, but I can probably stop the bleeding and numb the pain."

Ray shook his head, he lifted his hand and slapped him straight across the face "Do you have any idea how fucking lucky you are? I nearly blasted you with chaos ilness. That shit would have ruined your life" He sat down and rubbed his aching head "But it was a good fight indeed, a man who beats me in a fair 1v1 is someone i can respect. But not like...." The last part was muttered by Ray

Mackenzie was out of the training room, aimlessly wandering around the school. The halls were quiet: there was probably class now, not that she cared. She held a book in front of her: a catalogue of monsters.

'An alicorn? Tempting....' She muttered. She walked past the gym, peering in as she did. Noticing Bobby and Ray, she began slowly inchin back.

@@Love Doctor Blaze,

Bobby was taken aback by the slap across his face.

"Hey!" he said angrily. "What did I do!? I don't know anything about chaos magic, how was I supposed to know what you were gonna do? Why the hell did you hit me? C'mon man, fight's over."

Bobby hadn't studied too far into the other types of magic, and wasn't aware of things like chaos sickness.

Ray grinned at him "Payback for the punch i had to endure so that your life wouldn't go south" He layed down on his back, which was also sore from the times he landed on it "Also, you might want to study. Because the amount of shit out there is too big, and it would be a good idea to know about said shit before it happens"

"Well, I guess that's fair seeing as how I probably broke your nose," said Bobby as he rubbed his face slightly. "I probably should do some extra reading."

He looked behind him and then saw Mary and Mackenzie observing himself and Ray.

"Oh, hey," he said. "Did you two see the whole fight?"

Mackenzie didn't respond, choosing to continuously inch away until she was completely out of sight through the doorway. 'That guy again' she hissed internally. 'I swear, there's something in these badges that subliminally draw the Tribity four together' she muttered, continuing her walk down the hallway.

"Yea, pretty much since the been the fight began, was that weird?" Mary began to ponder, "Anyway, good fighting, however, those chaos clones, you might want to make them a little less predictable, maybe keep them at normal speed and just continuity spawn the things."

"Yeah, I guess you're allowed to watch. I can kinda understand why you'd want to," said Bobby as he wiped sweet from his brow. "Anyways, what's up with you Mary? Got any tips for how I can improve my fighting style?"

Bobby then grabbed a towel and wiped his face off.

Mary continued to ponder, "Well, your fighting sytle itself seems pretty top notch, however, you may want to consider adapting your armor and healing use depending on who you're fighting. Say you fight a guy who uses bare fists, create more armor and focus less on healing, but do the opposite when fighting sword and bowmen."

"Alright, I'll take that into consideration," said Bobby. "Know what, I've got a boatload of paperwork to fill out from your duel with Mackenzie, and I also gotta get some rest. And by the way, I think your dress is kinda pretty."

Bobby then proceeded to administer some healing magic to Ray.

Ray shook his head "Nope, my clones can't be less predictable without me feeding a ton of magic in them and that would defeat the purpose of me hiding to save energy" After the heals from Bobby, he got up from his lying position. With a snap from his fingers his cape and armor dissapeared, leaving him with his bloody tuxedo "Well, i'm going to go take a shower, good match" said Ray as he put his hand out for a handshake, he made sure to squeeze real tight when he accepted it. Mackenzie turme away, ignoring Mary's greeting.

'Yes we will," she murmured to herself turning down another hallway.

She looked to the clocks. 'Classes should be ending soon... there will be dinner, and then we'll head to our dorms. I hope I won't get a roommate.'

Deciding to get a head start on the dinner time crowd, she walked over to the cafeteria, waiting for the stalls to open.

Ray was walking towards the caffeteria again. He was starving like hell since he gave away his muffin, so he moved with a sense of purpose. The crowd moved away from him in fear because of his big physique, bloodied suit and fast pace. Holy shit i have never been so hungry in my life thought Ray

Bobby wasn't sure what to think of Mary suddenly beginning to drag him, but he decided to go with it.

"Sure, I could use a bite to eat," he said.

Mackenzie managed to order her muffin and receive it before the cafeteria got too crowded. As usual, she sat on a bench in the corner, quietly eating while reading a book. She noticed the other Trinity in the cafeteria as well. She wondered if she was allowed to take her food to the courtyard so she could eat in silence.

Mary entered the cafeteria and let go of Bobby's' arm. "Right lets go get something and sit..." Mary was looking across the room to see if there was a table with either Ray or Mackenzie on it, she then spotted Mackenzie and walked up to her. "Hey Mackenzie, wanna come sit with us?" She knew the answer would probably be no, but she would at least try and be nice to her.

Mackenzie, nearly finished with her muffin, looked to her badge. Yup, she was going to smash it tonight. Or leave it in disenchanting fluid overnight, or throw it into the void. 'There's no way to avoid this badge's curse, is there?' she sighed in resignation.

She waved a hand indicating that the rest of the seats on the bench were empty, well, inviting them to sit, not looking up from her reading. From what she'd seen, pushing them away just caused them to bounce back harder.
