video Top Ten Worst Games of 2015 You've Never Heard Of

I did a video talking about the Worst Games of 2015 You've Never Heard Of and it's my first video countdown that I've made since joining the Theater.  I know the transitions are a little on the fast side and the audio balancing is a bit off  but I'm very pleased with my first countdown video.  That and I now know what to fix for my "Best of list" when it rolls around sooner rather than later.

 

 

I'd really love some feedback on this and comments on the video itself are always nice. As it stands now, I'm not searchable on youtube because of their policy to only allow youtubers with 3 videos be searchable, but my third video is coming soon.  So that means feedback or spreading the word helps me out immensely.

Well recorded, I've definitely haven't heard of any of those games, and was well scripted. Video quality was good too. Yep, I'd say you got all the video aspects down. As for the list, it seems true from my perspective, though I don't play that many PC games (online games sometimes, but a list for the worst games for those would be endless), but I realize this is also a list for 2015, so I can expect for there to be some good graphics, even in horrible games.

 

All in all, I found the video well done.

There's a few point and click games as well as RPGs on the list so those might  work, we shall see though.

I love the commentary. You're really funny and made me laugh multiple times at how true to what you were showing the commentary really was. 

I could have talked about The Last Dogma the entire video but I decided against it.

 

I'm glad you liked the commentary, I'm also glad I made you laugh. I actually didn't expect many people would find the video funny, so this makes me happy. If I may ask, which parts made you laugh?

I'd have to watch again, but basically the way you explained how bad these games are combined with play footage. You want specific time counts? I can do that, just asking if that's what you're looking for.

 

Goodness I wouldn't want you to watch it twice just for me being curious. I get what you're saying though, honestly I'm happy I made someone laugh, since I like getting a chuckle out of people on occasion.  Let's me know I can do it again.

I started this vid thinking, "Oh, it's 14 minutes long; I'm not going to watch all of it."  But then I did watch all of it.  Are you aware that you sound like Felicity Smoak from Arrow?  I felt like she was reviewing these games. xD

 

The "You've Never Heard of" angle was a good one.  I liked that, instead of just crapping on the games with explosive hyperbole, you actually gave what sounded like valid reasons for the titles being on your list.

 

The, "Your Teddy Bear is gone," moment reminded me of the "story" from Blaster Master; though the teddy bear was a frog...  That was exposed to radioactivity...  And then mutated into a giant freak and fell into an enormous subterranean world.  There was also a tank...  You know what?  Never mind about this last part. xD  Good job on the vid.

Yea honestly your commentary is what made me super enjoy the video. The games as we all know are very cringe-worthy. Imma sub to you now, though I don't watch my subs super often.

 

That's great, and I'm fine with that it's really the thought behind the sub counts. I'll try to make videos that'll hopefully make you laugh, feel or think whenever you look in your sub box.

I had no idea I sounded like Felicity Smoak from Arrow, hadn't even noticed that. Our voices are in a similar register with mine being on the lower side.   I just try to make sure everyone can hear what I'm saying and I'm not mumbling. 

 

I had reviewed most of the games prior to the list so I was able to think about which points I should cover and which I should leave out.

 

I know exactly what game you're talking about, Armake21 an older youtuber reviewed that game a long time ago back in the early 2000s and I remember watching the exact plot that you're talking about unfold. Thank you so much for the watch and I hope I can entertain you in the future.

Thank you so much. I did an essay on it and it was one of my works mentioned and cited in my Bachelors Thesis. Been a fan of it for a while now.

Well, considering that's one of the only ways to get on steam if your an indie developer you'd be right on that. Then again, most of my Best list that I'm working on was approved through Greenlight as well, so you win some you lose some. 

 

It's a broken system but hey we've gotten some good games from it.
