Rain smiled. "I'm just glad I could actually HELP you for once."

Realizing she was still hugging him she gently pulled away and giggled a little. "So uh...this is my place too now, I guess. Seeing as-" She suddenly choked up. "Seeing as someone killed Mr. Breezy..."

"Mr Breezy?" he asked. The name seemed familiar, as if it was a shop owner in Ponyville "But yeah, stay all you want. I never got to getting furniture or decorations though"

"Yeah...when I moved away, Mr. Breezy let me in his apartment...he was the owner of the Quills and Couches shop..." Rain covered her eyes. "But when I got to Ponyville...I went to his shop...and he...he..." Rain just started to cry. "Oh god, you probably think I'm a total weakling...it's just he was like my real father..."

midnight limped over to the spot noticing the trees, remembering the explosive weapons and other things, but the main thing that stuck in his mind and he winced, was the rod of pure energy that pierced his body, it felt like he couldnt breath, nor move, nothing would work.

Plague let out a spiked tendril from the mirror as he crawled from out of the Otherworld. He had tried to look for Shadow's other through different means, the search fruitless until he had felt the world being twisted by energy other than his.

"Sorry to break into your little family reunion, but Shadow, any news on your dark half?"

"Of course i don't" he said comfortingly

Rain started when she saw who it was. "Oh, it's you. Plague or Scipio or whatever, I always forget. Hey." Shrugging, she sat down and huddled on the couch.

midnight looked around but none of his things were there, he swore he had a saddlebag on....was he going crazy? he shook his head and continued to search around the clearing

"#Both technically," the symbiote said to Rain.

"Anyways, have you had any recent encounters with him or Corrosion?"

"Oh. Yeah. That's...okay." Rain was obviously still confused but she shut up and looked on instead.

"Yeah" Shadow said. "He beat the heck out of me..."

"That sucks. Where is he now? Anything we should watch out for?"

Plague was growing rather anxious to kill the monster he had accidentally made...

"Nope" he said "He is probably sitting around somewhere"

midnight sat down, his body was burning and in pain, and he needed to lay down for a moment and think, did he bring anything with him?

Plague flicked out his forked tongue as he sensed Omega nearby.

"Thanks for the help," he said as two symbiotic wings formed on his back.

"#Whatever little help you gave at least," the symbiote growled as they flew off.

He circled the area looking for Omega.

"He's gotta be here somewhere, I know I sensed something..."

Rain stared off after them.

"Well now I'm freaked out...that guy beat YOU up?"

midnight yelped as his bones finally started repairing themselves, each rib cracking back into place, but his leg still wouldnt heal right, "uggh, damn you."

"Well he is me, just evil me" Shadow explained as he watched Scipio leave.

 

Omega noticed Plague walking around. He hovered down from his cloud. "Wonderful day weather were having eh?" he asked nonchalantly.

Rain just nodded, but she had a vacant, sad expression. "Okay," she said, scrunching into a ball on the couch and staring at the wall.

Shadow noticed Rain's mood "You alright?" he asked concerned.

"You," Plague hissed as he saw Omega appear. He readied his toxic tendrils and prepared to attack...

"Now now now, lets not get too violent!" he said "I only came to talk"

"Wha?" asked Rain, as though just noticing Shadow. "Oh, yeah, I'm fine." She swallowed and curled up tighter, rocking back and forth.

"You sure?" asked Shadow, still retaining his concerned look.
