chaosprincess 1,067 June 21, 2016 Share June 21, 2016 It does not really bother me if he sings or not his voice is not terribly bad nor perfectly good I know this is off topic, but I would like to see Spike act like a real dragon I understand in the show friendship is important and that he was raised around ponies, but I would like him to act like the other dragons instead of a push over to ponies. cuteycindyhoney 13,341 June 21, 2016 Share June 21, 2016 To be fair, they did abandon the whole 'Scootaloo can't sing' thing eventually I think. Spike having his own proper song in the show itself is one of those I desperately want to see before the show ends. I always thought that their song went south because they were trying so hard to pretend that the set and whatnot wasn't collapsing all around them. I never felt it meant that Scootaloo couldn't sing. I always had a sneaking fondness for their attempt at "Glam-Rock". On a side note, I loved when Skootaloo mugged for the cameras in "Twilight Time". Her explanation that if she doesn't smile in pictures, she always looks sad made me smile. Thank you Sparklefan1234!!!
FlareGun45 2,221 June 22, 2016 Share June 22, 2016 (edited) To be fair, they did abandon the whole 'Scootaloo can't sing' thing eventually I think. Spike having his own proper song in the show itself is one of those I desperately want to see before the show ends. Well not completely. She didn't sing well on the On Your Marks episode. Perhaps if it's a musical number then everyone gets a good voice, but if the song is part of the story itself, then it might be different. So both Scootaloo and Spike may not be able to sing well in a normal bases, but during actual numbers, they can! Equestrian magic I guess. :3 But then again, different writers, different points of view. Edited June 22, 2016 by MegaSean45
