open Lucky Fire's First Ever Trip Into Ponyville

Lucky looked at Rainbow and smiled a small smile. "Hey. There are so many books here Rainbow. It's unbelieveable." She then sat down and looked up at the higher shelves. "All these walls are covered in books that are probably very interesting."

"Uh huh..egghead." She grinned teasingly, ruffling the fillies mane. After a few moments, the door opened once more, Fluttershy flying in. "Um..Hello..I was just wondering...does anypony know what happened..?"

Discord got up and went into the kitchen, looking for something with meat in it. He doubted hed find anything though.

Lucky looked at Fluttershy and said, "Nope. Not a clue. Sorry." Then she shook her head to fix her mane and grinned at Rainbow Dash. She then tried to return the favor, but failed because she was much smaller than Rainbow and couldn't reach that high. Then she got an idea. She jumped onto Rainbow's back and ruffled Rainbow's mane with both her hooves, making Rainbow's mane a frizzled mess. Lucky laughed so hard she fell off Rainbow's back and onto the floor. That didn't phase her though, she just kept laughing. "Look..... at..... your..... mane!", she said.

Rainbow blinked a few times, not needing to look in a mirror to know how badly her mane was messed up. Instead, she just ended up laughing, shaking her head to try and fix it.

Discord came back.out with two apples, resuming his position on the floor " so how do you plan to get food with ponyville floating above the ground?"

"We do have pegasi for flying, so we could ask the pegasi a favor until Ponyville and Cloudsdale are back in their right places.", Twilight said. "I can help too! I'm getting a lot better at flying now, look at this!" Lucky then flapped her wings, rising 6 inches in the air. "I can fly a little bit higher and I can now stay in one spot." Lucky does just that. She's hovering where she rose up in the air from. "That's really good. I'm proud of you.", Twilight said. Lucky grinned. "Though that's not enough to be able to help the other pegasi. I'm sorry Lucky. I appreciate your volunteering though."

Rainbow chuckled, watching the filly fly into the air for a few moments. "I have to agree with Twilight there, kiddo. Why don't you leave the food to me?" Rainbow smirked, her head tilting a bit and Twilight rolled her eyes, turning to look out of the window once more.

Lucky got back to the floor, and lowered her head. "Ok Rainbow and Twilight." She went to see if Twilight's library had a foal's section for little foals.

Rainbow frowned for a moment. She didn't like seeing her sad. In fact, it made her sad to see her sad. Which was odd, cause Rainbow was barely ever sad! Rainbow thought for a moment before trotting off after the filly. "Hey..how about I bring you something from Sugarcube corner?"

Lucky looked up at Rainbow. "Are you sure Rainbow? I don't want you spending your bits on me. You need them."

"Psh, don't worry about it! If I tell Pinkie Pie it's for you, she'll be sure to give me some, free of charge!" Rainbow winked. "I'll be right back, Kiddo." She turned and dashed out of the library, falling for a moment before unfurling her wings, wincing slightly at the sudden tug but she didnt mind.

Lucky looked back at the shelves, then asked Twilight, still looking. "Twilight? Does your library have a little foal's section? I wanna take out a book." Twilight smiled, happy that Lucky likes reading. She showed her where it was and Lucky thanked her and looked at the books. "Do you want to study magic a little later on?" Lucky replied, "Sure! I just wanna pick out a book and then you can teach me more." "Alright then."

Discord was munching on the apples, hopeing theyd wake him up. He glanced over at the two " hey twi, you told lucky my story yet? " he asked, curious to if lucky would treat him differently, other than her ignoring him for the 6 girls.

"Story?" Lucky asked. Twilight sighed. "The history of Discord. No, i haven't. I haven't had the time. Well, would you want to hear it Lucky?" Lucky smiled and nodded. "Alright then." Twilight sat down and instructed Lucky to as well. Lucky did. Twilight then went on to tell everything Discord did, well, when her and her friends dealt with him. She didn't know what happened when Princess Luna and Princess Celestia dealt with him, but she had a feeling it could have been the same as when he came alive the second time, but she didn't want to assume. Lucky's eyes widened a bit. "That's horrible." Twilight nodded. Lucky looked at Discord, "You're good now, right?"

Discord rolled onto his stomach " kinda. I still wanna do pranks but nothing drastic, i dont want to be incased in stone again " he explained

"I don't want you encased in stone either. You're my friend.", Lucky said and smiled. Twilight smiled at the filly. She may have befriended Discord, the master of chaos and disharmony, but hey, what are ya gonna do about it? Nopony can't tell Lucky who she can or can't have as a friend, and if it's true that Discord turned over a new leaf then that should hopefully be good.

Flow arrived at the library, she asked Twilight "Hey Twilight, what's happend here? Why's Ponyville floating in midair?" Then she saw Rainbow and Lucky, "Well if isn't the new filly in town, and Rainbow!! Wow, I never thought I'd see you again!" she approached Lucky and asked her "How's your lessons with Rainbow? You must really be lucky to have her as your teacher," She eventually forgot her question to Twilight.

Lucky grinned and said, "Yeah, Rainbow's awesome! I love being her student. She's supportive and patient." Twilight then answered Flow's question. "Honestly, I have no idea anymore..."

"Even you can't explain it? Hmm, this is an odd occurrence, What really caused all this?" Flow pondered

Discord looked over at flow " at this rate theres no reason to try and hide anymore if everyponys coming here " he thought. He then suddenly got a huge migrane, it suddenly sinked in on how heavy ponyville was to keep in the air, and eating fruit didnt help. He was a carnivore, meat was the only thing that could replenish his magic. He rolled onto his side and curled into a ball, holding his head " stupid apples .. " he growled with pain in his voice

Fluttershy tapped at the floor with her hoof, her head hung low yet there was a thoughtful expression on her face. It was obvious that she was thinking of what could have caused all of this.

 

Rainbow glanced at Flow, giving a small grin, she turned and trotted over to the filly. "Hey Kiddo. Look what Pinkie gave me." She turned her head towards the direction of her back. On it, was a blue cake that looked as if it was on fire, but in reality, it was just how the cake was decorated.

Lucky looked at the cake on Rainbow's back, and her eyes sparkled. "Whoa! That cake is amazing! Who did it like that? Did Pinkie make it like that?" Lucky was mesmerized by the beauty of the cake.

"Yeah, she made it for you. I told her you wanted something sweet, so this is what she came up with!" Rainbow trotted over to a table and gently bucked so that the cake landed on it perfectly.

Lucky just stared at the cake, it looked to beautiful to eat. She also couldn't believe Pinkie made this, she must be a really expert baker to be able to make something like that. "Th-thanks Rainbow Dash. And I'd have to say thanks to Pinkie when I see her next." Lucky finally took her eyes away from the cake and looked over at Rainbow Dash. She gave Rainbow the biggest smile she could muster and hugged her tight. "You honestly didn't have to do that y'know, but I'm still thankful." Lucky then went to the cake, seeing how there could be enough pieces for everypony to have a piece.
