open Lucky Fire's First Ever Trip Into Ponyville

Lucky Fire woke up to the birds chirping. Last night she had ventured to the edge of the Everfree Forest to try to go into Ponyvillle, but she had chickened out once again. So she fell asleep at the edge of the forest. She didn't want to go all the way back to where she made her little home. Yeah, she'd run into Zecora sometimes, but Lucky immediately went back into her home. Not that she was afraid of Zecora, she just was way too shy to talk to her or be around anypony else.

 

But today would finally be the day where Lucky would venture into Ponyville and try to not be scared of anypony. So she got up and shook herself, like a dog shaking off water after it gets out of water. Then she slowly put one hoof in front of the other. Once she got into the morning sun, she put one of her front legs in front of her eyes. That sun was bright! Then slowly she put her leg down, blinking a few times to try to get used to the brightness.

 

She sighed and went forward. 'Mom, dad, I really hope today I get to see what Ponyville is like. We never got there and I was always scared to go there after what happened in Manehattan. I hope everypony is nice and won't be mean because I don't have a mom and dad. I'm still just a little bitty filly.', Lucky thought to herself. "Ugh, especially because I'm a young alicorn too.... I wonder if they'd accept me because I'm a young alicorn?", she said out loud this time, and by now she'd reached Ponyville, and it's starting to get busy around here.

 

Lucky stops, and starts backing up. 'Oh no, oh no, oh no. Ponies are starting to come out of their houses. What do I do?' She then trips on a rock, only because she can't see where she's going, she's watching everypony, hoping they dont see her. So her tripping on the rock makes her come to a sitting position. She still watches everypony, but then looks down. She doesn't want them thinking she's staring if somepony looks her way.

Midnight yawned and glided down from his cloud, his saddlebag on his back, his day off from work was going to be spent looking around for interesting odds and ends, he found that some items are worth more then others, and sometimes bad deals could be made, but he didnt care, some of the items he picked up were really cool.

 

looking around himself he notices a blue filly, on her flank, as if she tripped, he tilted his head and slowly trotted over, "hey, you okay?"

(How do I fix it? I tried going to "edit" but I couldn't find where I fix it........... and that's ok ^^ Lucky hopes she won't be the only one)

 

Lucky looks up. She got up and backed away a little bit, bowing her head shyly and nodded. Then she noticed this pony was an alicorn just like herself. This cheered her up a little. She'd hoped she wasn't the only one in Ponyville. "M-m-my n-name is L-Lucky Fire."

Midnight smiled down at the filly,"nice to meet you lucky fire..." finally noticing her wings as well as her horn, he goes silent for a moment then smiles bigger "oh, an alicorn? dont see many these days." he joked,

"so....where are you from?"

Lucky Fire almost smiled. This alicorn is nice. "I-I'm from Fillydelphia. I was going to move here with m-my parents. *sigh* But they didn't make it. A weird accident in Manehattan c-caused them t-to......", she trailed off right there and laid down, the lonely look on her face came back and she laid her head down on her front legs, and looked away from the older alicorn. Then she whispered, "To pass away into the great green fields above."

midnight sighed and got eye level with the filly, "hey, its alright," he frowned, "i dont think ive ever seen you in ponyville before, where....where have you been staying?"

he tilted his head curiously

*Weiss was watching over ponyville from a cloud high above. Watching over ponyville has been her job since it had been founded. A job given to her by Celestia herself. Thats when she noticed the two young alicorns near the edge of town.*

<More alicorns? That is odd. They have always been so rare.>

*Weiss stood from her perch and dived down and flew through the clouds. She landed next to Lucky Fire and Midnight.*

"So many alicorns have been appearing of late. It seems that the species has begun to recover. Hello you two. My name is Weiss. I am the gaurdian of ponyville. It is nice to meet two fellow alicorns."

When Lucky heard Midnight's explanation on his magic practicing she grinned ever so slightly. She almost giggled, but decided against it. "My mama was a unicorn, and my papa a pegasus. My mama taught me some magic. I need to practice more though...." She then got quiet. She's never been this talkative, not since that fateful day. Her grin disappeared and she watched the other two alicorns, interested. She didn't think there were many others, but here are two who just appeared out of nowhere and in the time span of about maybe 5 minutes as a guesstimate.

midnight frowned when weiss and lucky became quiet, "hey, cheer up everypony, since were all new friends, why dont we go into town and do something eh?"

he chuckled, "as for what, i dont know, but itll make it an adventure."

Lucky backed up unconsciously, her being too shy. "Um.... I-I can try to go into town. I just don't want ponies staring at me. Then I really will turn tail and run back to my home in the forest." She then noticed she was backing up, stopped then grinned sheepishly and blushed. "Sorry."

midnight smiled and lowered a wing, offering her a place on his back "i could carry you if your worried about that, i used to be like you, shy, didnt know how ponies felt about me, but i learned that sometimes you just have to deal with your fears, head held high."

Lucky Fire shook her head at his offer. "No thanks. I'll walk. You're right. It's the time to face my fear, and try not to run. If everypony accepted you, well... maybe they'll accept me too. Though I'm probably waaaay younger than you when you moved here. I'm only 5 after all."

 

 

(5 in human years, idk what that is in pony years >.< oh well. i'll just stick with human years if that's ok )

Discord was walking through ponyville, he had turned himself into a peagasus to keep attention of him to a minimum. He had brown fur and a black mowhawk, like what he usually has. His iris' where unique though, the outise part was white, then orange, then red, then the pupil. The orange and beyond being the actual eye. He was trotting along, looking for something to do and noticed the three alicorns, he stopped and tilted his head "When did Alicorns become so .. popular " He thought. He trotted over to them " Well hello there, I'm new here and just thought I could see why there's 3 alicorns here" he said, he then noticed Lucky" Aww, did you two have a kid? She's cute"

Lucky looked over to the new pony, a pegasus. She shook her head. "I-I'm n-not their filly. They just met me. My parents... passed...on." She was happy though that this new pegasus thought she was cute. Her shyness still showed on her face though. "My n-name's Lucky Fire."

Discord smiled " Well it's nice to meet you Lucky, I'm Di- " He then stopped, not wanting to say his real name because that would blow his covor if the other two Alicorns lived here when he last invaded " -Divon. " He finally said. He looked over the other two Alcorns, wondering if they adobted her or something.

Lucky nodded. "It's nice to meet you... Divon. We were about to walk into the town, so I could try to be brave being around many ponies. Wanna come? Or do you have something important to do today?"

Discord shook his head with a smile " Nope, I'm new here. " He said. " So, where are we goin'?" He asked, stretching out his wings, when he did this it was noticable that there was tinges of blue in his left wing and purplish black in his right, these were the colour of his wings when he was in his normal form and he didn't know they slightly showed through. He folded his wings again when he was done.
