Bella giggled and thought Mikkel made a joke when he said that fancy clothes were his speciality. Then he opened the closet and she saw twelve sets of tuxedoes, all in different colors and styles. Her eyes got big "whoa, why do you even have that many tuxedoes? You even have more fancy clothes as me!" She said.

 

Then he asked for her help to pick one out "of course I'll help you, but I have absolutely no sence of fashion. But I'll see what I can do." She said and inspected the first one he pulled out "nha," she said, shaking her head "It looks cool but it doesn't match your eyes." and she tried to keep a straight face when she said that, which was really difficult. She didn't laugh because it looked stupid on him of course, she had to laugh because saying something like that sounded like she knew fashion, which she absolutely didn't.

Mikkel blushed slightly "My eyes huh..." He looked through the closet. He the pulled out a white tuxedo, with a white shirt, green bowtie and green tissue sticking out of his left pocket. "How about this one then?" Asked Mikkel. He didn't show it, but inside, he could feel his heart beat just about... Five times faster.

Bella nodded enthausiasticly when she saw the tuxedo that he pulled out, it was really cool, different, energetic and it totaly suited Mikkel "That one is really cool! it's so different. all those fancy people wear black and this one will make you stand out in the crowd!" She said. She had been to enough fancy parties to know what people dressed like and this would fit in but stand out at the same time, just like mikkel.

Mikkel smiled "True that. That's why i own it" Said Mikkel, and put the tuxedo on his chair. "Now to find the songs i need to play for tomorrow" Said Mikkel, and walked over to the turntable. He then looked over at Bella "Oh, and do you want to sleep here, or do you want to go home? It's pretty late out there."

Bella looked outside and saw that it was completely dark now, she had totaly forgotten the time! They say that time flies when you're having fun and that was completely true. "shoot, I have to go. If mom finds out that I'm not home she'll get angry. I doupt she'll notice though." She said as she stood up and started to grab her bag and jacked. Then she turned back to mikkel "Thanks for tonight, it was fun. Hopefully I'll see you again soon." She said.

Mikkel put away his headphones "Wowowowow, you aren't going anywere alone. Not at a midnight Newyork." Said Mikkel, and started putting on his coat. "I have run into some bad stuff here. So, i will escort you to your home. Lead the way!" Said Mikkel, once he got ready.

Bella rolled with her eyes, but was also flatered "You don't have to escort me home, I have walked through these streets many times before." she said and smiled. She tried to make it sound as trustworthy as possible. She didn't want to bother Mikkel by walking her home, it was quite a distance from this part of town to her house.

Bella rolled her eyes again "Allright then." she said and smiled. deep inside she was happy that he would bring her home, walking through new york at night wasn't exactly her favorite thing to do and even though nothing has ever hapened she felt much safer this way.

Mikkel locked the door, and turned around towards Bella. He wrapped an arm around her. He didn't know if he did because of the cold, or because she was cute and cuddly. Perhaps a mixture of both? "So, where do you live?" Asked Mikkel curiously. Even though you couldn't see it on him, he was constantly keeping an eye out for suspicious looking people.

Bella was supprised when Mikkel wraped his arm around her, but not as much as she should have been. It was kinda nice, and warm. The he asked where she lived "ehm, in a townhouse, outside the center. It's quite far away from here, I think it's best to take the subway." She said and looked at mikkel while walking.

I would actually love to walk instead. It's much more relaxing, and gives us more time to talk" Said Mikkel. He almost said romantic instead of relaxing

Bella thought about his suggestion of walking instead of taking the subway. "That's right, but it is quite a walk. So, if you don't mind that then I don't mind it too" she said.

 

Normaly she wouldn't walk home at night, especially not in her part of town, it wasn't exactly the nicest part of town where she lived but with mikkel next to her she felt a lot safer.

A groop of boys apeared in front of bella and mikkel. Bella's eyes got big and her breath stocked. She wished she was the type of girl that could make a funny coment or something but she wasn't. However, if it came down to it she could defent herself. Still, she alowed Mikkel to push her behind him but she stared at the boys in front of them with a deadly look in het eyes.

Bella was scared, actually really scared. When mikkel slapped the guy she was slightly less scared, even though she knew that he shouldn't have done that, it would only make it worse. She felt bad that she couldn't help mikkel, that she just stood there like the little scared girl she was. She didn't want to be scared, she made her hands into fists and set a step forward so she stood directly next to Mikkel. She would she them she wasn't scared, even though her heartbeat felt was like a squirel with too much coffee was playing drums in her chest.

Mikkel was very surprised to see Bella next to him with clenched fists. He put his right hand on her head "You are brave" Muttered Mikkel, and then he got the confidence he needed. The leader who was holding his now swollen cheek, ordered his friends to attack them. They both rushed Bella and Mikkel.

When Mikkel put his hand on her head the squirel in her chest calmed down a lot. She looked up and smiled at him. But she couldn't look his was for long because there was danger comming from the front.

 

A boy came directly to her, his ugly face in an even uglyer grin. She stood there waiting for him but just when he was about to get her she took a step aside and he tripped. He fel on the ground and bella kicked him where it hurts the most.

The guy who charged Mikkel was met with a hard punch to the face, sending him flying back. Then the leader decided to go for him as well from behind. Mikkel responded with a spinning backwards kick into his gut, making him fall back slowly. He picked up the leader in one hand, and the other guy in the other hand and put them down on a bench. Then, he walked over to the last dude, and picked him up extrea roughly, and placed him on the bench as well. He then looked over at Bella and grinned “Wanna fill up their trousers and jackets with snow?” Asked Mikkel

Then she grabbed another hand full of snow and made a snowball and threw it at another boy.

He walked over to Bella, while brushing off his coat from the snow he got on it, because he had to pick them up "I can't bloody believe it. How can people call themselves men, if they attack a girl? Those people are no better than a piece of dried out shit" Said Mikkel. Angry at how pathetic this was. Suddenly, his phone rang again, and he picked it up. He mentally steeled himself and answered "Hello, this is Mikkel." The owner of the hotels voice came from the phone again "Hello Mikel! I just noticed on your website that you where also a bouncer once correct? Can we make you be that before the party?" Asked the owner. Mikkel nodded "Sure. It has been a long time" Answered Mikkel. The owner replied "Amazing! Oh, and please bring a date with you" Could be heard comming from the phone before the owner ended the call...

Even though Bella had hoped that he would ask it, she hadn't completely expected it. Her cheeks turned even more red now and she had almost jumped in the air because she was so happy but she managed to contain herself and smiled widly at mikkel "Of course I do!" She said happily. then she coughed and continued "I mean, we are partners now right, so it's only logical to come to eachothers shows right." She said and tried to make it sound like she wasn't only happy because she most amazing boy she ever met just asked her out on a date, thougth, it didn't really work.
