Mikkel finished up his last song, and passed the spotlight over to the other musicians who have gathered. It was now time to raid the food! Mikkel was oblivious to the mental debate Bella was currently having. He took a big plate, and stuffed everything he could find on it. He then walked over to Bella "Hey, enjoying the snacks?" Asked Mikkel and stuffed a cake inside him.

Bella smiled when she saw mikkel enjoying the food. "You seem to be enjoying them, and that's enough." she said with a little smile. Then she realised what she said and quickly added, "I mean, ehm... glad you're enjoying the food, there is more as enough. Haha." and she laughed akwardly.

 

Bella cursed in herself, why did she always make things so akward! How was she ever going to ask him if she couldn't even talk normally!

Mikkel noticed that she was suddenly very awkward around him, instead of the usual calm and happy. He put down the food "Are you alright? Is something bothering you?" Bella looked at mikkel, why did he have to notice her akwardness? She was such an idiot.

 

She accepted mikkels sandwitch and looked at him "thanks, but it isn't that I was hungry. I-ehm... I was wondering if you ehm.. If you already have a girlfriend or something." She almost whispered the last part and looked at him. She hoped he would get where she was going.

I am too much of a nerd to really go for one, plus my music career is also something i need to take into consideration. But why did you want to know that?"

Mikkel's eyes widened in shock. Did she just propose to him? Holy shit say something charming fast! But what should he answer? This was too good to be real, however despite Mikkel's inner happiness, those where the words that escaped his mouth "No... I'm not sure that i can handle a girlfriend" He said. IDIOT! WHY THE HELL DID YOU JUST SAY THAT TO THE DREAM GIRL!?

Bella helt her breath but she felt tears filling her eyes so she looked at the ground so he wouldn't see them "that's okay, I understand." she said quietly and wiped a tear away that was about to fall on the ground. how could she ever have thought that he would say yes, he was so cool and outgoing and she was just a girl who locked herself in her room most of the time, why would he be interested in her. 

 

"I-I think it's better if I go now." She said with a shaky voice and she quickly walked towards the exit, past the bouncer and out of the hotel. she walked away while she kept staring at the ground and when she was around the corner she started running. all she wanted now was to be alone.

Mikkel just stood there. His brain processing what the hell just happened. Then it hit him like a truck. He rolled his hand into a fist and punched himself hard in the face, which left a swollen cheek. He took a little cake, and started sprinting like mad. How could he have been such a prick? And you call yourself a gentleman... Thought Mikkel as he exited the building, now where could she have run off to?

Bella ran to the only place she felt safe, home. luckily it wasn't far away. When she ran into her neighboorhood she came across ragae and some of his friends. raggae called her but she ignored him and ran straight past them. her cheeks were wet with tears but she didn't care, the only thing she wanted now was to be home.

 

ran up to the little stairs to her door and opened it. without closing it she went straight to her room. she kikked out her shoes and let herself fall on her bed "I'm such an idiot." she said into the pillows. she felt a flurries soft fur against her cheek and looked up. she cuddled the cat and heard her purring. "I'm such an idiot flurry." she said to the cat.

Mikkel was initiating a battle plan. He would go straight for her home, while checking all the playgrounds on the way. However where was her home exactly? He would just have to wing it... Then it started snowing, almost to the point that it was a blizzard. "I guess that's karma" Muttered Mikkel and started running towards the general location of her home

flurry was done cuddeling and wiggled to get free. bella let her go and got up herself too. she dried her tears and took off all her accesories and put on a long comfy light blue hoodie and a pair of black tights. she got her laptop and her headphones opened youtube, she wanted to listen to music and just forget it all. she didn't open her hardstyle playlist but instead she listened to some heavy metal music. she curled up into a ball and listened to the music while flurry came to lay next to her.

It was at moments like these that Mikkel was thankful for his stamina and speed. He was completely covered in snow, and was freezing like hell. While this was a high quality tuxedo, it was made for hot places not a snow storm. He had checked every playground by now, and could see her house in the distance. If she wasn't there, he had no idea what he would do. He met one of her friends, Reggae. He was scowling at Mikkel "What did you do to her?" He asked dead serious

 

"I fucked up dude, so i'm here to fix it" Answered Mikkel

 

Upon hearing that, he nodded "Alright, however..." He went over to Mikkel, and slapped him hard across the face "Don't do that shit ever again" He said, and walked back.

 

Mikkel rubbed his now sore cheeks "Damn, you pack a punch. You owe me a vodka shot for that one though" Said Mikkel and knocked on the door.

Bella didn't hear the knock on the door, she had the volume on her headphones on full and the only thing she could hear right now was the screeming voice of the singer.

 

however, flurry heard it and being the curious, smart cat she was she walked out of the room to the front door, bella hadn't closed it behind her so flurry pushed it open with her nose and set a step outside but as soon as she felt that it was snowing she walked back inside again.

Mikkel noticed that the door opened, and a cat stuck its head out. However it quickly went back into hiding when it saw it was snowing. Mikkel's hair was drenched, and his white tuxedo was not covered in snow. He walked inside despite not being totally sure if this was a good idea. He peeked his head inside a room, and his heart broke. He saw Bella curled up in a ball, with an aura of pure depression.

bella felt cold air against her back when the door opened. "flurry..." she muttered. she opened her eyes and took off her headphones, for a moment a heavy bass guitar could be heard but then she paused the song.

 

she rolled on her other side and wanted to get up from the bed to close the door when she saw mikkel. her eyes got big "what are you doing here?" she asked with a voice full of disbeleve. she couldn't beleve he came here and she had no idea why he came. she sat on her bed and just looked at him, not knowing what to do or what to expct.

Mikkel just stood there. What could he say? I'm sorry? He just broke her heart, and all e could come up with is i'm sorry? He inspected her face. She had been crying, a lot. Her eyes were red from it, which only added to the guilt he already felt

 

With a deep sigh, Mikkel turned around and sat down to make it more comfortable for them both. "So. What are you listening to?"

Mikkel nearly yelped out of shock fron the intense shouting. What has he made her into? "Well, that's interesting. However i'm not here to talk about music. I'm here to apologize and make amends if you want to hear me out, if not, then i'll take my tuxedo and go without any resistance."

bella saw from his face that he got scared of the sudden scream at the begining, exactly what she hoped for. but then he said that he wanted to apologise and explain and bella put her laptop aside and gestured to the autimin that was at the end of the bed. She was willing to listen to him and she hoped that his explanation could calm her down.

For this very short time we have been together, i have started caring for you more then you could imagine. So when you proposed, i was afraid that i couldn't be the boyfriend that you wished for me to be" He looked down on his still freezing hands "I hide a lot more problems and inner demons that you have yet to discover, so i will ask you this question. Are you still interested in becoming an item with me? If you even consider me a friend after the shit i just put you through"

Bella listened to him explain how he felt and she felt tears comming again but not from sadness this time. When he was finished talking the grabbed his hands, they were really cold so she held them even tighter, and looked at him "we both have our own problems, big or small, and we've yet to discover a lot about eachother but that's no problem. Even if you are only half as amazing as you've been the last two days I still want you. You are amazing and no matter what I find out about you I think we can make it through together." She said with tears in her eyes "Of course I want to become a thing with you, you idiot." she added and smiled and as she did that a single tear rolled down her cheek.

Mikkel could feel himself slowly losing it. Her small, tender warm hands... Her happy and adorable face... Those where all things that added to her characteristics. It all added to the innocent and cute Bella he knew and loved. He let go of her hands, and took her in for a bear hug while falling back. "Don't call me an idiot" Muttered Mikkel drowsily as he held her like she was his teddy bear. He didn't say anything more than that. This was all he needed in his life.

She lost herself in mikkels hug, she felt his arms around her, she could smell his scent and hear his breath. This all made her love him even more. She chuckled "sorry, I won't." she muttered and sighed, she could stay here like this forever.

Mikkel held on like this for a moment, before snuggling into her hair. He didn't care about hotel Valentines anymore. All he needed was the sweet little angled that he was currently hugging. He pulled his head back, and started gently caressing her back. Hoping to soothe her even more
