request Fan-Fic Logo/Cover Pic Request

Hi there! I'm unsure if this is something that someone will do for free or if its more appropriate to just commission it (I have no money to spend on commissions so that's why I'm doing this here), but anyways I was wondering if anyone could draw up a logo (or cover pic or whatever the better word was) for a fan-fic of mine. 

 

Some specifications

Title: Fallout: Equestria: Crystal Lane

 

Theme: Something snowy or perhaps something along the lines of a sign saying something like "Welcome to the Crystal Empire" with the words "the" and "Empire" scratched out and the word "Lane" replacing "Empire." 

 

I apologize if this isn't something anyone would do without payment (I can get why and I won't harbor any hard feelings) and if there isn't enough information I can gladly give more if needed. This is a project that I might be able to get done myself but I feel like the artists here could do much better than I could ever hope for.
