why choose to not show your age and/or gender on this forum?

Well nowadays I guess I don't care about any of this!  I would still say that minors shouldn't share any personal info because it's not even legal for websites to be data-collecting from minors in the first place (as least as far as I know).

My personal reason for displaying all my stuff now is just so people don't think I'm a kid or a male (I've been confused for both before). I know the male thing doesn't matter much if I'm just shooting the breeze with people, but I definitely don't want people thinking I'm a kid!  I know I kinda act like one sometimes but I promise I'm not one!
