I agree with Shireton or Shireland.

 

I would avoid Shetland for the exact same reason to avoid Shetton. It may be a breed of pony and an archipelago but phonetically it just sounds wrong and would get more ridicule than be taken seriously. You could always also drop the T and go with Sheland or something.

phonetically, though, the Shireton sounds most similar. Guess I'll go with that, unless other options present themselves
