Well, the episode (S4) that clip is from shows Apple Bloom doing tricks with Granny so maybe AJ

Sapphire Shores because she likes dolphins.

Sunset would be a good swimmer since she probably has had experience in the human world, but then she might have some difficulties doing the same thing as a pony. Humans and ponies do have different anatomies when it comes to this sort of thing.
