Dew Drop's ears perked as she heard Luna address her. She smiles with a nod and giggles. "She sounds really nice. I guess she's the one who starts the nightly celebrations f-for Princess L-Luna?" She blushes while twirling a finger through her mane. "I-I guess I'll have to try and get u-used to your aunt's a-affection." She giggles and smiles softly at the thought.

 

She nods at Night's remark, as she starts to get out of the car. "It'll be nice to get to meet your aunt, Nightie. M-Maybe she knows the same type of magic as your mother. M-Mr. Lunar said s-sister in law, so it w-would make sense. I-It's just a theory, b-but it still wouldn't h-hurt to ask." She says as she walks over to the trunk of the vehicle. She waits patiently to begin unloading the boxes.

"Aunt Crystal Moon is a very affectionate mare, and you're right about her talent. She and mother were twins after all" Night says with a smile "and she does lead the nightly celebrations, which is why they are always so special" he holds her close and kisses her.

Dew Drops eyes lit up like lights at the mention of his aunt's talent. "T-Then I'll be able to learn about making the crystal flowers. I-I've always wanted to make a nursery of rare and exotic flowers. These c-crystal flowers are the start of that dream. I-I just know it." She giggles and nods. "I-It makes a lot of sense. From what you told me about her and these celebration, I was able to put two and two together. She truly does sound like an amazing mare."

 

She says as she felt Night pull her into a kiss. She happily returns it and after a few moments, breaks the kiss. "Now, now, Nightie. W-While I do enjoy the kisses we share together, we have to unpack my boxes. We can spend some more time later b-being affectionate to each other. I'm sorry and I l-love you, sweetie." She giggles slightly and hugs her fiance, while resting her head on his shoulder.

Lunar chuckles "Reminds me of when Bella and I got married, we were all over each other, Crystal had to tear us apart so we could unpack all of our boxes when we moved in together, it was pretty funny"

 

"Funny was it now?" A beautiful crystal mare says in a serious yet fun loving tone with her arms slightly crossed over her chest "Good to know you still remember the good times you had with my sister" she says then as she sees Dew Drop she squees "Oh . My. Stars!" she squees and rushes over to her, "Come on sweetie, do a few little turns for your future auntie Crystal" she says,admiring the cute mare in front of her,

 

Night laughs as he rolls his eyes "Dew Drop, meet my aunt Crystal Moon, auntie Crystal, meet my future wife, Dew Drop" he says as he begins unloading the boxes into their caravan.

Dew giggles at Lunar's remark. "I-I guess you could say that I-I'm the reincarnation of Bella. I-If it's any indication from the way Nightie and I are acting like you and Miss B-Bella." Her ears perked as she heard someone address her. She turns around to see a mare that had almost looked like Bella. She blushes at the crystal pony's praise, but complies. She slowly turns around while trying to hide her face in her mane. After a few minutes, she began to feel a little comfortable. She giggles as she quickly turns around more in her spins. After spinning she stood in place, but felt dizzy as she tried to gather her bearings. "I-It's nice to m-meet you, Miss M-Moon. Like Nightie had s-said my name is D-Dew Drop. N-Nightie has told me a b-bit about you." She stutters while shaking Crystal's hand.

"Oh I bet he has, I was like a mother figure to him after all, being his aunt and all" Crystal says as she admires the mare, giggling a little as Dew eases up a little "Oooh you're so precious, and Nightie? That's even more precious! No one has called him that since...since Bella..since she passed away" she says, sniffling and wiping some tears away.

 

Nightmare smiles and hugs her "Come on auntie Moon, mother's not completely gone, I mean she did uhm...show herself to us last night" he says with a light blush

 

Lunar looks at him and raises an eyebrow and sighs "She's always had a thing for you, son"

Dew smiles and nods. "I'm glad you were like a mother figure for him. It just shows that you're a kind and caring pony to others. That, and you were able to be there for him when his...mother was unable to." She frowns as she looks at Moon, who had tears in her eyes. She quickly runs over and hugs the older mare. "I-I'm really s-sorry. I didn't mean to say it like that. I-I just meant I f-felt bad for his mother. N-Nopony should deserve to be without f-family and all. I-I know she's resting easy and I can agree with N-Nightie. She was beautiful and it was fun singing together with her."

 

Dew Drop pouts her cheeks at the mention of what happened the night before. She then turns to Luna with a curious look on her muzzle. "E-Excuse me, sir. What did y-you mean by that, a-anyway? I mean, i-isn't it considered wrong f-for a pony to love their c-child in that way? I-I'm just a b-bit confused."

"In normal circumstances it is dear, but these aren't exactly normal circumstances" Lunar says with a smile "and it hasn't really gone further than it should..for now" he says and looks up to the sky "It's kind of complicated," he says but then smiles "Come now, you must be eager to settle into your new home, I've got a few things to oversee, I'll come get you when it's lunch time"

 

Night nods as he hugs Dew close and waves to his father before he begins to help his fiance unpack and settle in.

 

-Three hours later-

 

"Well that's everything babe, and wow, I had no idea you had so many things, but I'm glad you're all set here now" he says, kissing her cheek

Dew Drop tilts her head, but nods anyway. "I guess t-that makes sense. She's an e-ethereal spirit, so I can see why it it's not normal circumstances. It's still just confusing and it makes my brain hurt." She says while gently massaging her temples. She smiles as she nods once more. "I am, sir and I can't wait to settle in. This is a nice home you have with many nice ponies. It'll be a pleasure to stay here." She returns Night's hug, as the two get started on unpacking her belongings.

 

-Three hours later-

 

Dew giggles as she felt Night kiss her cheek. She sighs happily, as she falls back onto the bed. "I'm so glad we finished. I-I told you it was more clothing and gardening in the boxes. At least we're finished and have the day to ourselves."

Night still had his eyes closed but he smiles and nods "Mm got that right Dewy, the whole rest of the day to ourselves" he says, rolling over to hug her lovingly, resting his head on her ample chest "Mm so soft and squishy, yet firm, Perfect for using as pillows" he mumbles as he starts to snore lightly, it would have seemed that the unpacking would have tired him out. 

 

Meanwhile, the vision of Bella appears and smiles as she drapes a blanket over the two "Oh the days he would fall asleep using my chest as pillows" she says softly

Dew Drop nods at her fiance's remark. "That sounds great, Nightie. M-Maybe we can visit the petting zoo today. Then maybe we can go back to the game corner. I t-think we can visit some more rides and win some prizes." She felt Night roll over until he was resting his head on her like a pillow. She giggles and yawns cutely, as the feeling of sleep was calling upon her. She then felt a blanket being places over the two of them. She looks up to see that it was Bella, as she smiles and nods appreciatively toward the ethereal spirit. "T-Thank you, Miss Bella. I g-guess a nap would be nice right now. Packing and unpacking my belongings m-must have made us tired. S-Sleep well, Nightie." She wraps her arms around Night and holds him close. She then slowly closes her eyes and soon falls fast asleep.

Bella smiles down at them and then walks off into the distance as they peacefully slept. She didn't go too far from them though, as she watched over them from her resting spot.  

 

About two hours later, Nightmare yawns and stretches. After rubbing the sleep from his eyes, he looks around tho see Dew Drop sleeping peacefully next to him. He smiles as he nuzzles her gently "Time to wake up sweetheart, I'm all rested now, and we've got a petting zoo full of critters who'd love to meet you to go see" he says softly as he kisses her nose and then gets up to get dressed.

About two hours later, Dew Drop woke up slowly, due to someone nuzzling her. She opens her eyes to see that it was her fiance, Nightmare. She smiles softly and kisses his cheek. "G-Good afternoon, d-dear. I'm g-glad you are feeling well r-rested. I'm feeling a little b-better myself. I guess we both needed a nap." She giggles as she felt him kiss her nose. Her eyes lit up with excitement at the mention of the petting zoo. "I can't wait to see all the animals. I-I could imagine you have an assortment o-of rare and c-cute critters." She says as she smiles happily at the thought. She sits up and stretches before getting out of bed. She heads off to the bathroom to go brush her mane.

Nightmare smiles as he nuzzles Dew Drop "Yep, the critters there range from the smallest and cutest kitsune kits to the largest and scariest of manticoes" he says as he looks around and finds a fresh tshirt and pair of jeans to put on. He puts them on and kisses Dew on the cheek "So which would you like to go see first sweety? I can imagine the ktis all playfully pouncing on and snuggling up to you" he says as he then looks out of the window, "And you also may want to find some clean clothes to put on, we got a little sweaty with all that unpacking and putting things away"

Dew Drop giggles and nods, as she picks out a fresh set of clean clothes. "I guess you're right, Nightie. Bringing all those boxes in was quite the workout. I'll be right back." After finding what she was looking for, she heads to the bathroom and changes into her new outfit. She then appears out of the bathroom with a green shirt and light blue shorts. She smiles cutely, as she felt the kiss on her cheek and returns the nuzzle. "I-It seems to me that you have every sort of creature known to ponies. At least o-ones that are the common variety." Her eyes widened in surprise of the mention of foxes. "A-Are you k-kidding me!? I l-love foxes. They are my favorite animal. It would be amazing to see all the baby kitsune! I-If that's okay, that is." Realizing her actions, she began to shuffle her feet nervously. She hides behind her mane in embarrassment.

Nightmare chuckles as he holds her hand and kisses her cheek before he leads her towards the petting zoo. "the kits are wonderful little ones, I often take a little one to see them if they hurt themselves or if they lose at a game and feel upset" he says as they soon arrive at the petting zoo. He smiles and gets out his key to open the cages "Come on baby, I'm sure the kitsune are eager to see and snuggle up to you" he says, leading her into the cage where the kitsune were and the mother kitsune looks up and looks at h,. and as she does, if you looked closely enough, you could have sworn there was a smile on her muzzle.

 

"Hey there Mistypaw, how are you girl?" Night asks as he gently pets and nuzzles her before getting some kitsune chow from the shed at the back and feds her and the kits. "Go on sweetie, they won't bite or hurt you" he says to Dew

Dew Drop wraps her arms around his arm, as the two walked towards the petting zoo. After a few minutes, they finally reached their destination. "I think t-that's a s-sweet and kind thing to do. Animals seem t-to have that effect on others." She gulps silently as Night unlocked the door for the kitsune pen. She hesitantly nods and slowly, but surely makes her way to the pack of kitsune. Seeing the little kitsune and their mother put a bright smile on Dew's face. "They all look so cute and a-adorable. This is my first time seeing a kitsune in real life."

 

She smiles softly at the interaction between Derek and the mother kitsune. "You seem to have a way with animals. I also t-think Mistypaw is a c-cute and w-wonderful name. H-How did she get that n-name in the first place?" She nods before calmly walking over towards Mistypaw. She kneels down gently and places her hand on Misty's head. Dew began to pet the kitsune gently before lightly scratching Misty's ears. "H-Hi there, Mistypaw. M-My name is Dew Drop and I-I'm Night's s-special friend. I hope y-you and your k-kits will like me." She says while giving the mother kitsune a warm and friendly smile.

All of the kits who had finished feeding either from the bowl or from their mother had immediately gone to meet the new comer, either by sniffing around her or nuzzling up against her. Night smiles "Take a look at her paws and tail tip sweetie, they're a light grey, like a mist" he says as he gets out two brushes, handing one to Dew "They love having their tails brushed, especially Mistypaw" he says as he sat down and begin to brush the mother Kitsune's fur and tail, to which she murred softly before laying her head in Dew's lap. Night smiles at this "You are the first she has ever done this, and it is good, it means that she senses that you have a good soul and that she trusts you implicitly"

Dew giggles as she felt the other kitsune inspect and nuzzle against her. She notices Mistypaw's tail tips and paws were gray, like actual mist. "You're right, Nightie. The color flows well with the coat of their fur. They all just look so adorable." She smiles as she takes the brush and begin to brush their fur and tails. She sits down and enjoys the purring and happy yips emanating from the kitsune. She felt something laying in her lap and looks down. She smiles softly as she saw that it was Mistypaw. Hearing Night's explanation made Dew smiles softly with tears in her eyes. "I'm so glad she trusts me so much. Gardening is one who takes care of flowers like children. I feel as if it's like taking care of animals and other things like that." She says as she felt the other kitsune cuddle around the two of them.

Mistypaw looks up at  Dew Dropw ith nothing but the purest of love and trust in her eyes. Kitsune's being magical creatures, can communicate with ponies using telepathy. She softly places a forepaw over where Dew's heart is and uses her telepathy Please do not be alarmed dear, it is I, Mistypaw. she starts to speak through to Dew's mind, I just want you to know that you have a soul and a heart that I have not seen in a long, long time. Your kindness is of the purest kind and I can tell that your love for my young ward, Nightmare, is also of the most purest kind. I simply ask that you look after him well, the same as you would look after me and my kits. She then leans up and licks her on the nose You will become a princess one day, I cannot say when or of what, but I do know that your heart and soul has caught the admiration of the Royal Sisters.

Dew Drop tilts her head in wonder, as to why Mistypaw was staring at her with interest. She looks down and feels the kitsune place it's paw upon her heart. She gasps suddenly as she suddenly hears a voice. She calms down, but looks at the kitsune in surprise. 'M-Mistypaw? H-How are you able to talk through in my mind?' She asks while speaking in her thoughts. She looks to Night with a questioning look upon her muzzle. She looks back at the kitsune and smiles softly. 'T-Thank you so much, Misty. It truly t-touches my heart to hear y-you tell me these words, or t-think them.' She giggles to herself before nodding. 'I promise you, Miss Mistypaw. I will always look after my Nightie. He was truly kind and caring towards me. Even when we first met around yesterday, he's been an important part of my life. I will always look after you and the kits as well. You are all just so sweet and adorable.' She giggles once more, as she felt Mistypaw lick her nose. She gasps lightly and looks at the kitsune questioningly. 'Y-You said a p-p-princess? H-How can you be s-so sure? Are you a-able to see the future? A-Also, the royal s-sisters!? I've n-never met them in my life. H-How would t-they know of me?' The look on her face was that of a deer in the headlights sort of look.

Mistypaw licks her nose again and nuzzles her lovingly The royal sisters take great interest in all of their citizens, no matter how small or big they are no not matter how big of an impact they've made on everypony, they take an interest in all Mistypaw yips happily at the feeling of Night brushing her ears, she flickers them cutely for them Also m y dear, it is not really fortune telling, you are marrying the only nephew of the Queen of Gypsies, so it only makes sense for you to become a Gypsy Princess, most likely of kindness. She then simply lays her head in Dew's lap and closes her eyes I know you love my little ones and myself, and we love you too, as much as my ward Nightmare Slender Souls. He cares very deeply for you, wanting nothing but the best for you.

Dew Drop's jaw widened slightly from the news. She almost didn't register the lick or nuzzle from the kitsune, but smiles and returns the nuzzle. 'I guess it just goes to show how much everypony means to the p-princesses. I t-truly don't think I'm that special t-to catch the princesses e-eyes, but I-I'll take your word for it, Misty.' She smiles as the mother kitsune lays her head on Night's lap. She pets Misty's head while scratching one of young kit's ears. 'To be completely honest, I-I don't know what a gypsy is, but I g-guess I learn it in time. You and N-Nightie said his aunt is a gypsy Queen. I guess I can learn more from her when the time is right. I g-guess we'll learn more when I meet with the princesses. W-Whenever that will be? S-Should I tell Nightie about everything? It o-only seems fair in him knowing a-as well.' She says while looking up to Night with a loving smile upon her muzzle. 'I'm glad to hear you all love me that much. I also want what is best for Nightie. He truly m-means the world to me. I c-can't wait to one day have him as my p-prince.' She blushes before looking back down to Mistypaw. A look of eagerness on her face.

Misty murrs softly, her eyes closed and her tails softly and gently wagging Just take a look at miss Crystal, dear, gypsies are peaceful nomadic ponies, You already know a fair bit more than you think, everything that both Nightie and Lunaris has told you about their ways is pretty much the jist of it, the rest you will soon learn over time darling. She nuzzles her lovingly Now my dear young one, would you please kindly scratch behind my ears? I've had a bitch of an itch there for quite a while. The female fox makes what could be a laughing sound and then closes her eyes, her tails still wagging happily, I sense a tranquility within Night's soul and heart, hopefully now with you around, he will stop his self..his self harming. It was clear that the female kitsune was clearly worried and fearful for Night's wellbeing.

Dew looks to the mother kitsune, as she nods at the information. 'T-Thank you, Mistypaw. I-I feel as though I should still talk to Miss Crystal. This way, I'll b-be more informed in case there's things I d-don'g know. I guess e-everypony here is like a tribe of some s-sorts. S-Seeing their ways of the c-carnival, their n-nightly celebrations and everything else is i-interesting.' She giggles at the kitsune's request. 'Of course I can help you on that, Misty' She scratches behind Misty's ears and smiles, as she sees Mistypaw paw kicking from the sensation. Dew's eyes shrank slightly, as she effectively stopped scratching behind Misty's ears. She looks at Misty with a questioning look. 'W-What do you m-mean by s-self harming, Misty? Night n-never told me anything like that. T-This is the first time I've heard about this. C-Can you p-please explain?' She felt tears forming in her eyes, as she started to become slightly more worried as time went on.
