1) Wouldn't it be interesting if Scootaloo never learned to fly? What if she realizes that she just might like being on the ground more than in the air? Still, it's much too early to tell.

 

3) Never, she'll never run out of cuteness, especially with that adorable accent of hers.

 

4) It seems like that would happen after the series ends (however far into the future that may be), in a kind of "good ending, everyone can live out their dreams" sort of way. Those kind of endings can make me tear up, especially if it follows an emotional climax or battle.

All these questions have been asked before. My answer to most is that we might not see any of this with this gen. The devs would have to make a huge risk doing any of this. Both appeasing the older/younger audience.

When will scootaloo fly? Whenever she finally decides to enroll in Cloudsdale. When will sweetie belle use her magic? Dunno, but if 'Ponyville Confidential' was any indication, she knows how to disable magic! She's already a step ahead of other unicorns with that skill. when will applebloom stop being so gosh darn cute? Never, deal with it. when will rainbow dash join the wonderbolts? Whenever she asks. Haven't you noticed she always forgets to ask them? She's certainly more than good enough, I'm sure they'd say yes.

1) Only Season 3 will tell. Do I want her to? Yes. With the help of Rainbow? Heck, yeah.

 

2) Same thing, though she isn't as undersought by the crew as much as Scoot is IMO, so maybe sooner rather than later.

 

3) Never!

 

4) That seems like her main "life goal", and might be fulfilled in the last episode of the show, along with the other mane 6.

1. Apparently baby pegasi who are one-month old and buff pegasi with leaf-sized wings can fly better than Scootaloo. It doesn't make any sense! Does Scootaloo have some sort of disorder or disease that weakens her flight skills? If so, is this disease common among pegasi? Is it wing cancer?

2. She will, but I don't expect it to be strong whatsoever. She must have horn cancer because if pegasi have wing disabilities it only seems fair that unicorns have disabilities as well. I mean, you don't expect it to be like Trixie's or Twilight's magic, do you?

3. Never.

4. I can see her getting it the last episode, because if she gets it anytime before, I can see her getting busy with it, and eventually resigning due to her unavailability to be with her friends. Loyalty at it's finest.
