gaming web browser problem

i just got the newest version of firefox but its acting wierd, the top 1-2 inches below my tool bar is un clickable. this causes problems like not being able to log in our out of most accounts on most sites or use the sites navigation feature. anyone got an idea what cuasing this?

 

also i couldnt decide between here or canterlot castle but it dosent apply just to this site so i put it here. hope no one minds.
