On DVD?

Hi i was wondering if there any news soild or rumor about the release of the movie on dvd (or blueray)
it probably to early to tell but im super hoping it comes out in time for it to go into to my Xmas stocking 
also please make any dates given clear to if there soild ( like from a interview) or guess work

There's been no confirmation on any exact days it hits DVD and bluray. However, what I've ovserved is most movies don't get that release until about 3 months after they hit theaters,

I think it is around early december on dvd. They want people to see it in the theaters first, so it will not be oktober.

Of course it'll be on DVD. They've released Seasons 1 - 6 on DVD, so there's no doubt they'll release the MLP movie on DVD

(call me weird, but I'm gonna buy two copies of the DVD. One to watch and one to keep in mint condition )

Just remember that DVD is interlaced. It will be very bad picture quality compared to the Blu-ray. And we are not talking about the size of the screen here, but the blurriness or animation.
