What if Prince Morningstar spent his time planing to destroy his sister Celestia?

What would happen when all of pony ville had to face his wrath.

 

Storyline.

Mornignstar always hated Celestia and now Prince Morningstar will take his revenge on his sister.

Celestia, given I do not have enough background information on Morningstar's motives to make an educated decision. Celestia appears to be the only option when analysed in this such way.
