What do you think is the most difficult part of making an MLP episode?

Obviously they have it all down to a science now but still, when making an episode of MLP what do you think is the most difficult part?

Probably the animation.  Even Flash Animation seems intimidating.  Writing's probably one of the easiest parts IMPO.

Animation is one of if not the hardest thing they would have to do. I myself know a few animators that absolutely hate doing their job, but end up loving the content that they finish with and that's why they continue doing it.

I'm going with writing and boarding as these tend to be more creative endeavours. Animation is mostly tedium, and it's why it's often shopped out.
