If any of FIM's season premeires/finales were remade into movies, would they win awards?

All the two-parters run just over 40 minutes. For a movie, they'd have to stretch them out by another 50 minutes, which could be used to build on concepts from the original scripts or add completely new scenes. That would be more than enough to convince fans to see them, even if they already knew how they would end.
