planning Searching for RP partner(s).

Hi, I would like to RP with my newest OC Miseria to build up his/her personality/character. (I say he/she because even I'm not sure which one it is, it was originally supposed to be he but it can be either or both)
 

  Reveal hidden contents

(Head = cat, Body and hands = dragon, Hooves = pony, Wings = bat, Tail = lion)
(Can teleport and levitate. Can also create and change things to certain extend (Can't create life like discord (except black cats) (and can't move between dimension like Discord) (Also can't change the laws of physics) in short, too powerful for me to explain what he/she can do, but significantly weaker than Discord). 

I'm aright with 1x1 or I can play with several people up to I +3, I don't have any plans for the story other than how Miseria would come into the play (I can use several OCs if necessary for the story)

Also, my activity will not necessary be regularly active because I'm in the army (mandatory, not that big of a deal) and like you can probably guess, free-time isn't always plenty.
