Let's start with posting your computer specifications.

An incredibly easy to figure this out is if you are using any recent version of windows is to type in msinfo or msinfo.exe in the search/run field and let that launch.

It should give you all the relevant information you need.

I will start out with my laptop and I will post my actual desktop computer specs when I get home later on.

OS: Windows 10

Processor: Intel core i3-6006U @ 2ghz, 2 cores 4 threads

RAM: 8GB

Storage: 1TB hard drive 5400 rpm (wanting to swap this one out later)

Graphics: Intel Integrated Graphics

 

It is up to you on how bare bones of a description you want to give.
