Has MLP:FiM experienced Seasonal Rot?

I would say yes, but only season 6. That season was kinda meh in my opinion.

I would say so. The show has some episodes that were either underwhelming or filler after so much expectations created by the fans and sometimes by the creators (the season 6 trailer that emulated Game of Thrones was, after watching the entire season 6, a bait). Speaking of that, I'd say the worst seasons to me were seasons 6 and 7 because of these two types of approach.

I think it's one of those examples that show MLP:FiM wasn't perfect.
