Looks like the first, still existing member is the 7th one at the moment - and it is @Butterfly667.

The 6 previous members apparently were removed, so well, who was the first random dude who joined the forums will remain a mystery.

MLPF does not have an owner. 

IP.B counts the initial Admin account as the first user that is Feld0. Note that he was the owner at the time but has since retired that role and authority legally and in practice as Poniverse is a Canadian NPO. So he most certainly counts as the first user as he is not actively a member of staff. Kurtiss was next and he is the cofounder. The following one who joined is found here.

Also just to add another fun part. There was not a “random” user during the launch of this forum as it was advertised as coming and many people signed up on a notification list for the launch date. All the first group of users were already aware of this site so they wouldn’t count as random.
