writing Ex Inferno Ad Caelum

This is a very interesting project of mine done almost completely ad-libbed.

 

It's a story about a stallion who ascends from Hell, which he was in, and his meeting of a mysterious fox. He learns incredible knowledge, but his old darkness takes him, and he bears witness to an omen of death before becoming blind.

 

He is blind for an extremely long time, and awakes in a forest, having forgotten everything, even how to speak or move. He is covered in grass, roots, and overgrowth, for he is a forgotten relic of a forgotten world. Suddenly, the fox comes to him again, and helps him up. The fox is a creature called a Chayil, and his name is Havana. He bears ten tails representing each a different virtue, all a different colour.

 

Havana tells the stallion the world is dying, and mankind is the reason for the impending doom of all. Havana shows the stallion ten vices and ten virtues, a cryptic vision of the future, showing Earth descending into plague and damnation as the king of all evil rises in an attempt to kill everything.

 

Mankind's sin has summoned the Heress, blackened Chayil, servants of great evil. And the stallion witnesses the most horrific ponies and the destruction they wreak, but also virtuous stallions of great love and holiness. Havana tells the stallion many times... No one is punishing mankind. They are the makers of their own destruction... They are what is killing the world.

 

The first post will have the first 7 chapters. I'll update it. If you want to know what any of the imagery means (It all means one thing or another. Nothing is without meaning.), just PM me or something. Or ask here. Even though I'm pretty sure no one will see this.

Second link post, now at 16 chapters. I must forewarn you though, there is some rather brutal imagery in some of this, but it is not intended to be mindless gore. It is meant to show the incredibly vile and destructive nature of the vices that are being shown. The imagery is meant to be shocking, because it wakes you up to the horrors of the tainted hearts of men.
