We got a GMC dually with a 454 and I'm fairly certain any diesel pickup from the last 20 years outdoes it on fuel mileage stock.

Any guess what mileage we get in that limo?

Its an '82, carbureted big block, 4 door, long bed, dually, 4x4, and weighs about 8000 dry. 10,000 once you add the auxiliary tank, 2 full tanks of gas, Dad's box, fill the glove box and console, and fluids. Then add people. 

But the old girl will pull whatever you put behind it.

Looks about like this one only with red pinstripes.

And a GMC grill obviously.

Oh wow! Yet again, not many people think of fuel mileage when getting a truck from people I know. As long as a truck hauls and pulls.

I know its a car but my retired police Crown Vic doesn't have the best fuel mileage.

That's surprising. My aunt has a Grand Marquis that gets about 23 on the highway. 2004.

My Crown Vic is an 07 and I get maybe 18 on highway. My guess is because of it being a police car at one point.

Thats hard to say. I do like my Crown Vic because of how well and reliable they were as police units. One of my dream cars in a 1969 Dodge Charger because I like the look and performance of it. My favorite truck in a Jeep J10 Honcho but I'll admit, the movie Twister inda influenced it.
