Why Do My First Posts Need Approval?

so I have a quick question

why does it say that my content needs to be approved by a moderator

any reason as to why it says this?

That is because you are a new member that has under 5 posts.

Once you put forth enough posts, you'll be released from the queue, and should be able to post without issue.

It's a failsafe, meant to stop spammers and trolls befre they even get started; our apologies, but feel free to blame the buttheads of the internet for this stipulation.

I have altered this thread’s title to give it proper context.

As mentioned by Randimaxis, this is a preventative measure. We want to be sure that a new user isn’t a troll/spammer so we monitor their first few posts to ensure this. You are above five posts so you are now free from this.

Now that this question has been answered, I will be closing this topic.
