Let's see, I would like to visit Ponyville, Cloudsdale, Canterlot, Manehatten, Las Pegasus, and the Crystal Empire. In addition, I would like to meet the Princesses and the Mane Six.

Same except no Las Pegasus for me.  Don't like big cities and crowds.  I'd either do that, or I'd just stay at A.K. Yearling's cottage for the entire week and just chill, make tea, and meditate.  That sounds nice, too.
