As far as this site is concerned, you are several years too late. That is there used to be a thread named something like "Find your Somepony." Though I vaguely remember that the admins determined that the thread was causing more problems than it was worth so the success rate of lasting relationships there was probably not too high anyway.

36 years and you havent found anyone yet? Close friends? Family friends anyone you know?.... I suggest dating someone close or a friend....not strangers...

And age isn't the basis for right time  its maturity....good luck because i has no idea when one is mature.
