Split Wire (Sketch Art)

Here's my first fanmade MLP character drawing, Split Wire (from the Characters Database). Even though it's not perfect as it was, considering as how I just started drawwing them, here it is.

I felt a bit uncomfortable in posting a pic due to its large size, even though I tried to narrow it down, which didn't work, apparently. http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png

No offence or anything, but is his cutie mark a pair of socks?

"Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being 'grown up', to admire the 'grown up' because it is 'grown up', to blush at the suspicion of being childish; These are the marks of childhood and adolescence. When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be 'Very Grown Up'."~ C.S. Lewis

No, it's supposed to be wires. Hence why my drawing isn't perfect, since its my first attempt.
