Do draconequui age?

Discord in mlp is shown to be immortal and has been living since eons but all theese eons he did'nt seem to age a lot but in g5 comics he aged 15 times and it has not been quite long since twilight's kindom (200 yrs) so why did he age then? Not before? Is their any theory?.......

Maybe Discord's ageing is a sign of his own mental state. He feels old so his physical appearance reflects that!
