I have a problem loading the MLP Forums. The site does not load on the computer. It is loaded only when the VPN is working. On the phone, the Forums loads without VPN. I use Firefox on my computer and on my phone. Now I noticed that other browsers on the computer cannot load this forum (Yandex. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome) without VPN.

First, try to reset your router to factory default.
Second, go to the adapter properties and open ipv4 properties in the first tab. There set everything to automatic. Do the same with ipv6.
Third, uninstall all VPN or custom DNS.
