Night Glider as of an hour ago, I saw some awesome fanart of her and really love her design 

It doesn't seem like she actually appears in the show at all which is a bit of a bummer but even still I'm sure I'll eventually give G1 a watch and once I do I might have an updated answer

My favorite is probably Cotton Candy or Posey, they have some of my favorite designs! I'm probably a bit more biased towards Posey since she was the inspo for Fluttershy in G4 and Fluttershy is one of my favorite G4 ponies.
