Tree

I don't like artificial trees, but at the same time I don't like mess from real tree. So every year we go to the forest and get some pine branches to make a big bouquet of them. Looks festive, smells and feels like a charm and keeps home clean! :festive-derpy:

I do an artificial one tree myself,  given I also have a cat.   :manic-laughter:  I would be happy with a small 2-3 foot tree,  but my roommate went with a six foot one the last two years.

I like it! Santa won't miss that tree and I'm sure @Kyoshi Frost Wolf would love your SpongeBob ornament.:oneheckofahat:

The things are on eBay for 10 bucks, probably not where they're from but it's the same ornament. You might find it in a Walmart or somethin'.

I need to invest in a ton of these. I helped my sister put up her tree, hopefully will do the same at home soon. Nothing would be better than a Spongbobber tree. :derp: @Sparklefan1234 Also knows what's up. :3

I have an artificial tree. I have never bought and do not plan to buy a real tree, because I do not like the genocide of coniferous trees during the New Year and Christmas holidays. While I was typing this message I thought of something. You can buy spruce in a pot. To grow a bigger spruce you will need a big pot. If you have a garden, you can grow a spruce there.

I always used to get a natural tree every year because I used to live where they were abundant and I could cut my own. Then I moved to places where they weren’t so abundant and the prices were sky-high. So, rather than spend a fortune on a tree that was cut down a month or more ago, I tried a really nice artificial one. It’s extremely realistic in every way except the smell, so I stick a few natural pine boughs deep under the branches to give it that smell of true pine (artificial scent-sicles don’t smell real). The combo is nice and it’s much easier to keep everything clean, adjust branches where I want them, and never having to water it. As much as I love natural trees, I’ve never regretted buying my big artificial one. I love it.
