What do you think is happening in this scenario? It’s my OC and Twilight Sparkle (I changed some stuff bc I found a new style and really liked it)

your OC has removed Twilight's horn because she still hasn't paid her January taxes

"But I need my wings to work! I'm a Princess! If I can't work, then how can I pay my taxes." 

"Well, excuse me. We'll take your legs then." 

 "I need those too!"

"Look. Whether its bits, wings or legs, I don't care."

"But you have a horn, wings and legs, you have loads of bits, you don't pay taxes and now you get everyone else's taxes too. It's not fair."
